I had a leak in the yard that needed repair. The team was highly professional, gave an accurate estimate, and very fair pricing. They came out quickly and had my line repaired much sooner than I had expected. I'd def. call them again!

Can't thank Cold is on the Right enough for their excellent service both last year on an emergency basis and this week with follow-up and repairs. They replaced my water heater a year ago and drained and checked it this week while repairing several faucets inside. Billy was knowledgeable, professional and completed all in a timely manner. I have also always received courteous and thoughtful responses from Cortney and each employee I've dealt with. Good work!

I've been using Cold is on the Right for years. They just put in a tankless water heater and replaced some bathroom cutoffs and faucets. The front office is on top of things and the folks that come out are friendly, fun and love to explain everything they did for you. Absolutely the best experience I've ever had dealing with service organizations!

I use Cold is on the Right because they are the best!! They have a great team that knows what to do on time and quickly. This time they replaced an outdoor hose bib that had ice all over it. They got here on time and fixed it quickly. They saved us from a bad disaster! I highly recommend Cold is on the Right.

We had a minor gas leak in the attic that was fixed very quickly and effectively. They didn't try to stack on a bunch of charges like a lot of places do. Great experience overall

I've used Cold is on the Right many times over the past few years and they've always been professional, prompt, friendly, and reliable. Most recently, I had my pressure releasing valve (PVR) blow in my backyard, where my house water connects to the city. Cold came out quickly and assessed that, unfortunately, they couldn't replace the PRV because my home had galvanized steel pipes and they had rusted beyond help. The quote I received was high, and they completely understood when I said I was going to get a second opinion. The second opinion I received was nearly twice as much as Cold quoted, and the person I spoke to didn't instill as much confidence as Joey from Cold did. No one wants to hear they need to trench their backyard and replace pipes, but sometimes it's inevitable, and you definitely want someone like Joey explaining it all to you and doing the work. They were able to complete the work in less than 2 days and stuck to the price quoted. Plumbing work is often stressful and expensive, but I know I can always trust Cold to do quality work at honest prices and take the time to make sure I'm comfortable and understand everything involved. I highly recommend them!

I am writing this review to express my heartfelt thanks to Preston and George from Cold is on the Right Plumbing!!!:):):) I needed help trying to replace an ancient fixture on my shower faucet. I made an appointment, and prior to their Saturday arrival, my hot water stopped working. When they arrived I asked them if they could take a look to see what might be wrong. They checked everything, and discovered something horrifying!!! My old hot water heater was having electrical issues, and was smoking really badly in the adjacent wall!!! They started figuring out all of the logistics to replace the hot water heater. When I gave my approval for the replacement, they stayed for 5-6 hours to install the new water heater and get it all working properly. I believe Preston and George saved my life that day, and I would like to thank them with all of my heart!!!:):):) To top it off, Preston was able to find my ancient faucet part. Preston and George came back the following week to install it, and now my faucet is working perfectly!!!:):):)

Our water heater went out and we called another company that gave us the run around. My husband then called Cold is on the right, they came out and replaced my water heater that day with no issues! Cold is on the Right is the best plumbing outfit in town! Honest, professional and jobs completed at an extremely fair price. Plumber Joey has come to my home now for three separate issues over the past six months and he resolved them quickly always with a smile. Cannot recommend him and Coke is on the Right highly enough!

Simply fantastic. I met with them due to an issue with my new custom home having some issues. Seems that the original plumber did not do the job correctly. Brendin went out of his way with several follow up phone calls to help with assessing the issues. Seems that the house was plumbed with two tanks with parallel sets of lines when the tanks should have been in series AND a check valve was forgotten for the hot water recirc pump! They suggested and replaced two less efficient hot water heaters for one with an on demand heater to supplement when needed. So far my electric bill has been cut in half! The crew showed up at the appointed date/time with all needed equipment, were very polite/respectful, and fixed all the issues for a great price! It would not be possible for me to be happier with their service.

High fives, all-stars, rock stars, whatever term you want to use, the Cold is on the Right team is top-notch. Great service, great people, super knowledgeable, friendly, timely and professional. They scoped out a 1/2 bath situation and aligned with our schedule to get it knocked out in under 5 days. WOW! Call this team if you need anything.

Cold Is On The Right provided absolutely outstanding customer service. I wholeheartedly recommend them - they show up when they say they will, are professional, courteous, and they know their plumbing inside and out. I had 3 plumbers out before I called them and they diagnosed and fixed the issue promptly. I cannot say enough good things about them - If you have a plumbing issue, do not hesitate to call them, you will be happy you did.

Cold is on the Right did a great job installing a filtration system for us. They were very timely, professional and communicative. They advised and designed the system to meet our needs, installed it well and explained how to maintain it. Will use again in the future.

After last weeks freeze Cold on the Right came out to repair/replace my PRV and fix the pipe at my connection point. It is not too often that i take time to write a review. Santiago and Jake were ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. They are professional and knowledgeable Plumbers. To the management: Thank you for hiring the caliber of professionals the work that Santiago and Jake did was outstanding. GOOD JOB Thanks a ton.

I messed around and had one of the other guys come out to the house. I'm left with $1000's of damage I now have to fix. Never again! I can't say enough about the professionalism and competence of Cold is on the Right Plumbers. They came to my home, conducted a thorough assessment of what needed to be done, and explained it all to me -- straightforward in a way that made sense. I believe they are an honest company that stands behind their work (not a company that preys on people when disaster strikes). The plumbing service industry in Austin is full of snake oil salesmen and inexperienced technicians that can cost the average homeowner $1000's more than is needed per job. If you want to take your chances on one of them other guys -- be my guest -- you will NOT get what you paid for -- you will get headaches and that feeling in your gut when you get ripped off. Thank You, Cold is on the Right -- Thank You for being the reputable company that you are -- and providing an essential service the people of Austin need.

We had an excellent experience with Bren and his crew following the recent freeze. They quickly responded on a Saturday when other plumbers would not. They professionally, and promptly resolved issues with our leaking hot water heaters to minimize disruptions due to lack of hot water. Highly recommend!

Cold is on the Right is by far the best plumbing service in town. After the freeze of 2021 I had continues plumbing problems. Prior to Cold is on the Right I was dealing with a plumbing company who replaced my hot water heater but couldn’t get my water pressure or hot water to work. They were unsuccessful for months. Eventually I fired them and hired Cold is on the Right. They figured the problem out immediately and cleared my lines out. It was still not an overnight process. But they communicated effectively, showed up on time, and we were able to troubleshoot the problem until all lines were clear and my plumbing issues were completely resolved.

Cold is On the Right installed a new segment of waterline from the water meter to the house after the old waterline cracked. Billy also tested the PRV and determined it was beginning to fail and included that in the job. He and Jack showed up on time, went right to work, and installed the new PRV and waterline very efficiently. They then tested and adjusted the water pressure, and walked through the house making sure that all the faucets and water heater were working properly. The kitchen faucet required an adjustment and they made it. Overall, Billy knows his stuff and is pleasant to work with, and both he and Jack did a great job, were very professional, and took the time to make sure everything worked before going to their next job. Super plumbers!

These guys are the BEST! They've come through for us several times in a timely manner. We appreciate their honesty and professionalism.
