Capital Plaza

We had a good time at the Texas State Capitol. Very historic and there was a high school band performing inside that day. The outside color is very unique. It's built with local Texas Red Granite. They have a free 30 minute tour available that you can go with and you don't need reservations. At 135 years old it is very beautiful on the inside with lots of unique designs and pictures.

It was a half mile from the hotel. We found everything we wanted here. It has great parking, awesome food, a Target store , there's even a place to have drinks with friends. Enjoyed our time in Austin

Very good for pizza by the slice! The wings are a little small, but the orientation of the building makes up for that 😄

I love this shopping center..it had all the stores I shop at. Plus the stores have a wide variety of goods and services you can purchase

Always going in with the intentions of getting ONE/couple of things, and coming out with a full baskets of other stuff and things 😐😐.

Lots of places to shop and eat, though Target is my go to, and this location is always well stocked. Milk is cheap

It's a great store that feels like Texas. The boots are so cool.

I've lived near or shopped at the Cap Plaza Shopping Center for 4 years! I appreciate finding any quick buys at Ross, Walgreen's, Falla's and my fun fave for party and crafting goodies... The Dollar Tree!

Well I went to McDonald's to get the hamburgers the Big Macs you know and and the fries and and the drinks and the shake...

But I didn't get any ketchup so I stopped on the way home at the In-N-Out burger and made up a really great story about my kids needing ketchup in the morning for the hash brown bacon and eggs and she gave me like a pound of ketchup packets in a in a brown bag

Depends which store you visit. Park out in lot. Avoid close spaces as people ding ur car. Spaces are super small and close. Don't leave valuables visible and lock your car. Watch for vagrants and dopers.

Im just gonna be brutally honest, they should call Capital Plaza bargain city if you were to ask me. Its where i go to dave money. Whether its at the Dollar Tree(1.25$), CiCi's Pizza or Ross
When you go you gonna save money. Its like going to a organized well run swap meet for higher quality goods at a lower price. An if you wanna spend go to the other end an you will find Target and Sallys and K&G. Theres something for everybody. An its enough parking for everybody.
