Sonya is absolutely fabulous; she has been so helpful with all the of my needs. My father passed and she has walked me through everything I needed to handle with his insurance needs. She is such a pleasure to speak with. She even made a joke when I told her about my seats having a massager and how I need to be safe and not fall asleep on my next vacation trip! She is truly wonderful.

My experience with State Farm has been wonderful! They are patient, kind, and help you if you don't understand anything. James Delaney has been terrific with making sure my husband and I have everything in order. Definitely recommend! 10/10 🏆

What an amazing experience! I was so annoyed going through the process of getting my insurance switched over, but Derrick Noe made it seamless and easy! I absolutely recommend Derrick, he is so friendly and funny! On top of getting an excellent quote, he made the official switch less painful. Super organized and helpful, having all documents digitally sent to me as well as printed out for me so that I could do what I needed to get done all in one day! Thank you, Derrick!

I don't leave reviews that often, but I wanted to for this experience. I was hesitant about making policy changes, largely due to the questionable incentives and the bad wrap often associated with insurance companies.
However, Derrick was patient, enlightening, and empathetic when we discussed the general insurance landscape. At the risk of sounding like a living and breathing advertisement, that type of experience helped me understand why I am grateful that I switched to State Farm from my previous provider. Really goes a long way to have good people on a team like that.

I just switched to State Farm a week or so ago. Not only were they able to save me over $1000 per year, which is incredible enough itself, but the customer service is absolutely untouchable. Any question or concern I've had since signing with them has been matched with knowledge, urgency, and compassion. Derrick and his assistant are top tier.❤

Highly recommend this office. James has always been very personable as well as knowledgeable of the various plans and benefits they have to offer. Wonderful people skills, I never once felt pressured into signing up for anything I didn't want, while at the same time he always made sure I was well educated on all my options. I can be a real fence sitter sometimes, so I greatly appreciated the patience while I mulled over my choices.

I recently dealt with Derrick at Stewart Perry State Farm. Derrick helped me with quotes for car and home insurance needs for my son and me. Derrick was a true gem to deal with. Patient, kind, knowledgeable, professional, and very Personable. Would recommend Derrick and this agency to anyone.

Let's face it, dealing with insurance companies can sometimes be an unpleasant experience, but the group at Stewart Perry has always been nothing but helpful, responsive and understanding with me. With three teenaged drivers, they did everything possible to save us money. I even had the pleasure of getting personally helped by Stewart Perry himself one day...my husband had just passed away, and around the same time, I had to replace my credit card because of fraud. With all I had on my plate, I completely forgot that my car insurance had a recurring charge on that credit card and I received a letter that my insurance had been canceled for nonpayment. Distraught, I called the office and everyone was in a staff meeting. That's when Stewart Perry called and very kindly got everything squared away with my new account number and expressed his sincere condolences for my loss.

Your sign is one of my favorite things in Lexington. Whoever does it is so funny! I quite literally enjoy driving by and reading it. The best one by far was the one after it was hit by a car.

I have never felt so at ease. There was no judgment, and everyone from Taylor to the agent(I wish I could remember his name) was so welcoming and polite. They genuinely tried to work within my budget, but due to unforseen circumstances, I no longer needed insurance. My vehicle was destroyed in Atlanta, Ga, by a gang of teenagers that hit over 40 cars. So when I finally do get this mess straightened out, I will be getting insurance through State Farm. I can not recommend this branch enough. I wish I had coverage through them when my car was hit. It would've saved me a lot of tears and anxiety.

An emergency need for a car insurance Agent to help with a an African emigrant who was part of the church denomination that a belong to. I agree with the Church’s mission to help people (especially members) who are in need and see no way out. I immediately thought of Randy McCracken who is more than just my Nephew, he’s also a true Christian who believes in helping others in need, and even though it was Saturday when the need arose, I found a way to contact him for help. He was willing to interrupt his day, he went to the State Farm office of Stewart Perry to help me. We didn’t get everything resolved but it put us on a good path of helping this person out of the insurance related issue that they had! I’ll be ever grateful for how State Farm and their Agent, Randy McCracken, took time on a Saturday to help me in assisting in resolving this serious emergency issue!
