Highly recommend using Store It All Storage-Lakeway! John was absolutely wonderful to work with from start to finish! Having use of their free moving truck at move in was a huge bonus!

The service and care at Store It All Self Storage is unparalleled. We feel like we hit the jack-pot, John is incredible. We have two units while we remodel our home and we are so grateful for the care we have received.

We have moved 3 times in the last 5 years and are no strangers to storage facilities. At one point we had 3 units here. Anna was always very helpful and understanding during our process of downsizing and moving to our new home. She and her husband work hard keeping everything clean and maintaining a welcoming environment. They are prompt and conscientious about returning calls. We highly recommend Store It All Storage in Lakeway.

Over the years we've had storage needs in various cities around the country. Without hesitation, I would rate the staff, facilities and experience to be the best I've ever encountered. The manager was prompt to return calls, courteous, helpful and very professional without exception. A major feature that is offered at Store-It-All is the free use of a moving truck, with slide-out ramp, that was a huge benefit to us. More than once, it saved us from the added expense of having to rent trucks to move our items in and out of our storage units. When combined with a staff that was consistently considerate and responsive, and a facility that offers clean and price-competitive rental rates, there's no question in my mind that I would highly recommend them for your storage unit needs.

Great storage place and friendly service

Ellie the manager was so sweet and helpful. I had my mind set on a 5x15 and they only had 5x10s available. I was willing to get a 10x10 just to be safe and she insisted a 5x10 would work for us. Everything including my freezer fit and stacked in nicely in a 5x10? Fantastic friendly service, they know what they are doing!

Met John today and was more than impressed with his demeanor and ownership of the grounds. I feel completely comfortable leasing here and know it will be protected. Especially with Ruger on duty!

I have had the need for a business storage space for several years and I have had the opportunity to spaces in several parts of the country including, Nashville, Los Angeles County and Austin. Store-It-All (Lakeway) is the 3rd place I have tried in Austin and it has, by far, been the best choice! The staff is courteous and very accommodating when it comes to your storage needs. The spaces are accessible and clean. i HIGHLY recommend Store-It-All (Lakeway) for your storage needs.

They do a great job with security and cameras and gate codes.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would! I’ve rented their moving truck two years in a row now to move locally and John is one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. Wonderfully opinionated business!

Reasonable rates, very clean facility and very well managed. The manager John personally ensures that each customer is taken care of. Good security too.

John is terrific. He knows what they have available and asks all the right questions to make sure we got exactly what we needed.
