When I needed to update my hearing aids in 2015, I was fortunate enough to find Dr. Amanda Langham at Central Texas Hearing Center. I have been a patient since, and she and the rest of the staff have always been professional and personable. When I needed to replace my 9-year-old hearing aids and transition from a hearing aid that fit in the canal to one with a receiver in the canal, Amanda held my hand all the way. Over 6 weeks, she let me trial three different hearing aids until we found the right one. She is patient and kind, but above all a trusted professional who knows exactly what she’s doing. Look her up - you’ll be glad you did.

You can always spot the businesses that use kindhearted compassion and dedication as their guiding principles. Both audiologists and the receptionist are incredibly professional and thorough. I'm not from Austin, but they all went out of their way to provide me with amazing service in a tough situation with one of my aids. Can't recommend them enough!

My 85-year old dad has been coming to see Dr. Langham for years, best Audiologist in town. The front office staff is also very friendly and responsive. We've unfortunately had issues over the years with losing and breaking hearing aids, and always got very prompt help. We've also been to other offices for emergencies while outside of Austin, and Dr. Langham's practice is the best by far.

The team was so friendly with my toddler which helped immensely with the tests. They were super engaging and helped answer all of our questions with great patience. I would gladly recommend their services to all.

My father has been going to Dr. Langham for years, and we can't give her high enough praise. Excellent care, friendly front office, and appointments are on time. She and Vanessa (Jane before her) also helped my dad with a faulty device while he was away, even coordinating with another Audiology office in NY. We have gotten Phonak and Oticons, but more important than the brands has been Dr. Langham's testing and care over the years.

Very good hearing aid audiologists. I highly recommend them. Be advised the handicap ramp at the building is *NOT* in compliance with the ADA. The grade is too sharp.

Amazing! They couldn't have been kinder or more patient. I called less than an hour before closing time on a Friday because one of my husband's earplugs broke off in his ear. The receptionist said to come on in, the doctor was still there. Dr. Langham was so professional and careful. It took a while because it was so hard to reach, so far up his ear canal and so hard to grab. But she stayed late and kept working until she got it out. We are so grateful. This practice totally deserves their high customer ratings. We recommend them highly.

I hope this is the correct format to register a compliment to Dr. Young and his staff. I have found such everyday comfort with my resound hearing aids. They have honestly changed my quality of life. After experiencing hearing loss since I was a young man I have, at 72, found what most people have been enjoying their whole life. All these years of muffled hearing did not even allow me to enjoy the music experiences all those around me found as the norm. I no longer shy away from conversations but explore them. After 2 years of use I found myself in a precarious situation. Dr. Young and his staff had been exceptional in their customer service but I had an issue with the company that made the aids. I called Dr. Young's office to inform them of my problem and to explain that I was more than satisfied with the outstanding service I had been receiving but I had a problem with the company. This is where Dr. Young stepped up to the plate and went above and beyond good service. Dr, Young called me personally and asked me to give him an opportunity to contact the company and see if he could resolve my situation. Within only minutes I received another call from Dr. Young and the situation was resolved, .Now that is customer service at its finest.. Thank you to Dr. Young and his staff for all you do. I had not been fully satisfied with my hearing aids since I bought them, three years ago. I went to Dr. Langham to find out what a Real Ear test would turn up. From my hearing test results, Dr. Langham made several critical adjustments to my hearing program. As a result, I now have enjoyed my hearing system better than ever before. CTH is a team of two Doctors of Audiology (vs. Hearing Instrument Specialists) and an able administrator.
Doctors Levi Young and Amanda Langham know the broad aspects of hearing and the wide range of leading hearing aid brands CTH can provide. Moreover, service is very low key and personalized to ensure that an individual's needs are well-served while Jane Bailey works to see that everything goes smoothly. CTH is in a mall of single-story buildings with ample parking.

Dr. Young is extremely knowledgable and answered all of my questions. He thoughtful toward of all of his patients and genuinely cares about their hearing needs. I would highly recommend him to both friends and family.
