We needed a local agent and happened to find Mr. Kelly. He and his secretary Monica are awesome! They are always able to help us, give advice, and if they aren't able to answer the phone they promptly get back to us via phone or email. We highly recommend them!

I started with Bob a few months ago after switching over from progressive. While Allstate is still a big company, I feel like I’m dealing with a small mom-and-pop insurer when I talk to Bob. He’s super nice, helpful, and shot me straight when I came in looking for a quote. I’ve been able to get ahold of him every time I’ve called, and have never talked to a robot or waited on a long hold. On top of that, I pay less than I did with progressive. Great experience & glad I switched.
