Tom Bell provided exceptional customer service during my visit this week. As a young adult it can be very difficult attempting to navigate the real world and the responsibilities that accompany it. He demonstrated professionalism, patience, and understanding throughout the meeting. Not only did he provide the requested information and directives, but he also assisted me throughout the application process despite a busy schedule. Mr.Bell went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of.
