American Family Table Restaurant

Good restaurant with good food. It usually isn't very busy, and I love the breakfast food here. The waitresses are nice to me, and this place is pretty American, so the name doesn't lie.

Very good place to eat, very welcoming. The owner and staff are amazing people! Fast service. Come here often.

Friendly staff quick to greet. Is a seat yourself facility. Small dinning room yet cozy family setting. Heard others in house enjoy food an profess they will be back. I probly will be back with the kids as well. Food is great Love the Wisconsin Omelet. No one have an omelet like i want listed on menu. But these folks 🖒

Update. Been back multiple times. Always great food. Its currently just before Christmas an they have been empty an just sad to see but means best service possible. An i mean these folks realy have the best service

Hidden gem of Rapids! Once we found it, returned for 4 days while visiting. It's now our go to! Food is delicious and service is amazing! Nancee was our waitress and the girl is tops! Come hungry... portions are big!

This hidden gem is 100% the best restaurant in Wisconsin Rapids. Don't miss the fish fry on Friday! My family happens to be "the other table" in one of the other reviews and we were only shocked by the customer and her attitude. If you want a great meal at a fair price and service from great ladies. Come to American family table. Btw, forget Perkins, and those other breakfast spots. This is our every Sunday breakfast ritual. I promise you won't be disappointed!!!!

Best damn breakfast I've ever had. I ordered crispy bacon and I got crispy bacon. Not sure why that doesn't happen other places but it does here. Awesome staff, very nice and polite. Good atmosphere. 6 out of 5 stars.

Was our first time and surprised how great it was. My husband was impressed with the generous portions of fish. Great service and nice clean dining area

Great breakfast with low pricing.

The King Burger is an amazing sandwich: half a pound of beef on toasted marble bread with just the right amount of cheese, and a perfect layer of onions. Is doesn't come with tomato so for once I didn't have to ask to not have it. The French fries are really good.

The only thing I didn't like was the TV. But since there was hardly anyone there (in the middle of the afternoon), and no one else was watching it, I could've asked to have it turned off.

Best service and best food at a mom and pop rest ive ever had. 2 cooks and both times both meals were amazing! Staff and servers are efficient and friendly the atmosphere is def small town everyone knows everyone and the regulars are loyal! 5 stars!

A whole lot of bang for your buck! I'm partial to the croutons in the salad bar. The quesadilla dinner is ginormous. I had 3 meals out of it. I once heard someone say if you want a good dinner go where the retirees flock..... they flock here! Especially on Fridays and Sundays.

As always excellent service, and great tasting food! Of course you have to get a to go container because you get an abundant amount of food.
