I brought my truck to wrenches. Because of a problem I was having with a brand new throttlebody that I installed. I was having trouble linking the two together. They were able to diagnose the problem within seconds spent about 45 minutes fixing it got it connected be at their computer OBD2 diagnostic machine. Give me a call and only charge me the minimal fee for the work done. Any other place would’ve charged me an arm or leg. We are from Canada, just passing through Utah when we began to have trouble with our F450. Ryan was able to get us in and replace our wheel hub bearing assembly within a day! Fast, honest friendly service! With great prices as well. We highly recommend him!

Very fair! Did a great job and didn't charge for dumb stuff

Had my shocks replaced in the spring. After the repair work took me to Arizona, I noted that the shocks sounded very hard and loud anytime I would drive over the smallest bump on the road. Called the shop from Arizona to ask them if they would consider looking at them again since I was concerned something was wrong with them.
Upon returning to Utah months later they told me to bring the car in. After test driving it and checking the shocks they decided they indeed needed to be replaced and did so within the same week.
I was impressed with their professionalism and willingness to fix and repair an auto part even months from the date of installation. As a woman not very knowledgeable on auto parts I really appreciated not being talked down to or taken advantage of, as had happened to me at many other repair shops.
I highly recommend them for that reason and wanting their customers to have quality work done.

We were traveling cross country with our two toddlers and trailer when we had a major issue with our trailer brakes. Another shop replaced the trailer brakes but the problem recurred 100 miles down the road.Two other mechanics had been unable to solve the problem, tinkering but not solving the problem. I called Wrenches and the owner came in on a Saturday to help us out. He went through a thorough diagnostic, isolated the problem to some wiring and one of the trailer brakes, and spent the rest of the day fixing it. He explained every step, didn't perform anything unnecessary, and at the end gave us two free hours of labor since the job ended up being pretty large. The owner is super friendly, exceptionally good at what he does, and honest and up front. He was committed to solving the problem! This was a year and 5,000 miles ago and everything with our trailer wiring and brakes is still going strong on both our truck and trailer. Can't recommend Wrenches enough!

The gentlemen that helped me out today were both very honest with me about what my car needs repaired and whether or not it would even be worth it to make some of the repairs on a car as old and broken down as mine. I always expect to visit a new mechanic and expect to be conned or told I need repairs that aren't really needed. The exact opposite was the truth today. The staff was timely, honest, and from what I remember offer great prices for services. Thank you Wrenches!

We took our car to Brent Brown Toyota for a recall notice in the mail and they charged us $112.00 to diagnose the problem without fixing anything. For the repair they quoted us an additional $700.00. I was fine paying for the repairs needed, but I wasn't happy paying for a recall notice they send in the mail. I decided to get a second opinion to make sure I wasn't getting ripped off because it sure seemed like it. We took our car to Wrenches in Pleasant Grove. We have a great experience. The staff is friendly, they fixed our car the same day we brought it in, and saved us a couple of hundred dollars. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for a honest mechanic. If my car has anything wrong in the future, I will be bringing it here. Also, Evan was a dream to work with. Honest fair man.

Just a few days back I took a car I was considering buying to them. They were very honest with me about it, and gave me great feedback and advice. This is the place to go for honest, affordable, & knowledgeable repairs. I've used Wrenches many times over the past few years, always with great results, excellent service, and straight talk. Their labor prices are fabulous, they work hard to keep in your budget, really know their stuff, and stand by their work. When friends ask who the best auto repair shop is in the area, I always recommend Wrenches.

I have been to many car repair places and I would never give any of them 5 stars. Probably not even 3 stars as they've only been a necessary evil when my vehicles need work - mostly because I almost always come away feeling like I've been scammed or ripped off. I've been to Wrenches 5-6 times now and they are seriously awesome! (can't believe I just said that about a car shop) 5+ stars easily. I've had 3 vehicles worked on for various things and they consistently find ways to not charge me for things. I can typically get in and out quickly and the guys there are really nice and helpful. Definitely recommend.

I dropped my car off without an appointment on Saturday expecting 2 things: 1. that they'd need it over the weekend because they wouldn't get to it on Saturday. 2. That it would be over 500 dollars.

I was surprised on both points. The car was done in a few hours, and was less than I expected. Those working the front desk listened to the issue as I described and were very courteous.

I'm happy with all aspects of this repair and will be bringing my cars here for repairs for now on.

My mom and I have been using this shop for the last few years. They are quick but thorough with their work, and very good at explaining what repairs are needed or pressing, or which ones can wait for a little while. There rates have been fair, as far as mechanics shops go, and the guys are friendly too. Great shop to go to!

Took my car in for a malfunctioning heater. They were able to order and install new parts that day! While my car has several other small or finicky problems, they did not push me to get them fixed as well. All in all, Wrenches is a very professional and ethical auto shop. I would not hesitate to bring my car to them in the future.

I’ve been going to wrenches auto for years. Great service with a staff that is honest, quick, and hard working. No run arounds or bull, tell you how it is and gets it done. I always prefer to come here even though I have to drive 20 minutes out my way.

I brought a car here for a pre-purchase inspection and the mechanic was extremely helpful. He was honest and gave me important insight to the vehicle's condition, and for that I was grateful. I did not end up buying this vehicle, and that was thanks to Wrenches. Had I not gone to Wrenches for a pre-purchase inspection, I would have missed crucial information about this car that had not been provided to me by the dealership nor the vehicle's history report.

I don't really recommend too many places, but I go out of my way to recommend Kristian and Wrenches. Always have a great experience here and I never feel like their trying to sneak in anything extra. They take care of what's needed and don't pressure you on anything. Always a great experience. I have been going here for 4 years now.
