Needed a Cashier's Check to purchase a private-owned camper. Connexus associate reminded us to make sure title was clear before handing over the check...smart reminder. She was fast, efficient & looking out for our financial safety.

The staff at the Wisconsin Rapids branch are knowledgeable and friendly. The staff use your name and makes you feel like they know you. Connexus is a wonderful bank.

I inquired about a smaller loan for a second vehicle. Before I knew it, it was approved and in my checking account. Totally surprised and pleased with how simple the process was.

I learned that calling the 800 # was a complete waste of time. Nothing was resolved. Then going to the Wis Rapids branch my questions were answered and my problem resolved in a very timely manner.

We have used this credit union for many years. The teller service has been great. They don't fuss when my children bring their coin jars. They handle tricky situations personably and with patience. The online banking app works very well. The drive through is often busy, but the lines move quickly.

Please read this review before you read any other review. In my opinion Connexus is the Bank best in Wisconsin if not the United States. I have some underlying health issues that make it a concern for me to go out. I called Connexus and ask them if they can make some combination for me and not expecting them to say yes. I need to be able to Mobile deposit my check every week I wasn't able to at first because I didn't have the right account type and to accommodate me they went and lifted the restriction let me do it so I so shop online and have it delivered so I wouldn't have to risk my health just for basic necessities I absolutely cannot thank them enough for what they have done they are working hard over there to make sure we have access to our money so we can get the things that we need during this time and they definitely do not get enough credit for that fighting we should all take a minute and thank them when were there just say thank you that's all it takes is it thank you and smile hope ever had everybody has a great day stay safe.
