Chip's Hamburgers of Wisconsin Rapids

It had been many years since I had been to chips, and I must say it is as good as I remember. Great hamburgers at reasonable prices and plenty of sides to choose from. The girl at the counter was very patient as I discussed what to order with my friend. Definitely will be coming back soon.

Stoped by here for a quick lunch with my wife while in the area for a pastors and spouses retreat. The service and the food were great. I asked the girl at the counter if she’d suggest onion rings or the cheese curds. She enthusiastically pointed me towards the cheese curds… she wasn’t wrong! Some of the best I’ve had! Also had a “Chip’s burger” and root beer float. Everything was great!

Taste so good, the Champ takes me back to the 70's - good times, great burger 🍔 Onion 🧅 rings to die for! Fresh & hot. Um um good!

Chip's is nothing fancy, but food is really good, and always hot. Great fries and burgers. Food isn't premade and doesn't sit under a heat lamp like some other fast food joints. Prices are very reasonable

Awesome old-fashioned char grilled burgers, and fries that are always fresh! Beats other fast food and has comparable prices to any big chain. The menu can be a little overwhelming with all the options, but the value menu is great. Always check the website - sometimes they have coupons you can print that will save you a dollar or two.

Great burger for the money. Way better than any of the big chains

We had the champ 1/4 # burgers with cheese, pickles, diced onions and French fries. Burgers had a great grilled flavor and fries had real potato flavor. There is nice selection of non beef sandwiches also. Prices were fair with daily specials. Orders made fresh. Yum

Bought 6 hamburgers to take to Appleton for a friend who grew up loving Chips burgers. He loves them as much today as he did when he was growing up in Rapids.

I'm not much of a fast food fan but chips never disappoints, quality is good.
I do recommend getting a new intercom, its awful everytime and can hardly understand the person taking the order. It's not fancy but tastes delicious

Home town burgers, try the champ and fry combo. Staff is always nice. Check out the pics ... they actually grill meat!

It's always a good place to go for a fresh hit meal.

Food joints on the west side of Wisconsin Rapids are somewhat sparse. Chips is a great place to get a good char-broiled burger. They also feature a dollar menu for those of you on a tight budget. My faves are the cheese curds, onion rings, and cherry pies!

We stopped by after doing some business down the street and we were not disappointed.

We used their drive-thru and whole there was a line I felt like everyone was moved through quickly.

When we received our food it was freshly made and hot. The Price was more than fair for the portion we received. The attendant at the window was courteous and friendly. While we could not see their smile, as they were wearing a mask, it came through in the treatment.

I was pleased that we stopped and we'll be sure to stop again next time we're in Wisconsin Rapids!

Working in the area and was recommended this place. All of my food was really good and the service was excellent. Nice local burger place.

Great local fast food restaurant which even has a drive through. Hot food, good prices, and friendly service.

It's time there and we found the help to be excellent and the food even better. Way better than a McDonald's By far. Next time we're in the area we will definitely stop. It seemed to be popular there was a ton of guys from the construction business in there.

Every time I get my food here, it's always hot & made fresh. Sometimes that's what takes longer, but it's always worth it. They always make it exactly how I ask, if I want or need it made a certain way without something normally on it, or ask to have something extra added. My favorite time to go is during the week in the morning or early afternoon.
