I recently had the pleasure of renting a car from Avis, and I must say that my experience exceeded all expectations. The standout individual who made my experience truly exceptional was Charolette, the amazing agent who assisted me throughout the process. I have never encountered someone who embodies patience and passion for helping others as much as Charolette does.

Flew into St Louis on business and had reservations with a different company that fell through. Walked 3 blocks to this location and she went above and beyond to make things happen. In essence, Avis/Budget did an amazing job with no notice where Enterprise bombed even with reservations. I highly recommend this location. Extremely sweet and professional staff who can make things happen with no notice or reservations. Thank you very much for your time and kindness.

Miss Charlotte really worked with me! I came in unexpected needing a last minute rental with a license situation after going to what seemed like every rental agency in st.louis and instead of telling me no without looking at my paperwork she took her time to understand my situation and got me in a vehicle fast was literally only in the office for about 30 minutes TOPS will def be returning for all my rental needs!
