I highly recommend Midas. They fixed my Expedition. 2 weeks later I had a problem I thought was from the previous fix. They told me to have it towed and they would take care of it. Come to find out it was a different problem. They took care of me and I was just floored. Midas did not have to do it. There isn’t customer service anymore I guess that’s why I was shocked. I would highly recommend them.

The water pump was going out in my car. They got my car in quickly and she's running great now. Lance and his team are honest, they listen, and provide great customer service along with mechanical knowledge.

My alternator decided to stop working, I called Midas and asked if I could bring my car down to have that fixed. Brought it down 1 hour 30 mins before closing and they called me 20 mins before they were leaving and asked if I wanted to pick up my car same day so I didn’t have to be without. I am very happy to bring my vehicle to this Midas. The service is great and the prices are very fair. They are also honest. I dropped my vehicle off thinking it needed new brake pads. They called me back and told me the brakes were fine and did not need to be serviced. I value that honesty and have taken my vehicle there since.

Juan and the guys are awesome, they found a problem with my brakes that the other shop didn't find, the other shop wanted to change parts that didn't need changing. Overall it cost more, but, in the long run it will save me money because I didn't pay less at the other place only to get hit with an even bigger charge when their fix would have been the wrong thing. THANK YOU, THANK YOU. I feel so much safer now knowing my brakes were repaired the right way. I will be coming to you for anything my car needs that you can do there.

Not only did they just listen to what I had to say (kind of venting) they really did listen and talked and are now trying everything they can to help me get my car fixed as much in my budget as possible!! Took my Land Cruiser in for an exhaust issue, emissions, and safety. After receiving the incorrect part, they ordered the correct one as soon as they could. Even though it took a bit longer then anticipated. They took care of me and gave me a great deal of service they could throughout the whole situation. Thanks Midas team!

Got an emissions test done elsewhere and they failed my car because I had a hole in it. Took it to Midas and they fit me in the schedule literally in about an hour. Lance even moved my appointment time up because I had another pressing appointment later in the day. I got there, and they replaced the muffler in no joke, 30 minutes. Amazing customer service and work! Highly recommend going to Midas! Thank you Lance! Oh and ps...this is my first ever review, I was that impressed with Midas!

These guys were able to help me when I was turned down by 3 VW dealerships. Diagnosed the problem and got the part two days later and installed it. They are very helpful and do whatever they can to help. Highly recommend.

Fast and quick service. We brought our car in for an emissions test. Midas on Washington Blvd in Ogden, UT worked us in within 5 minutes of checking in. The staff is super friendly.

Didn't actually go here ultimately because they couldn't help us with the tire issue we had, but they were great on the phone and helped us figure out how to get our issue resolved.
