Our dog decided to check out a skunk on her walk. After 4 days we had an appointment booked with Taylor. She went above and beyond on trying to eliminate the odor. She even conditioned my dog’s fur after the amount of shampoo used to try to remove the odor. Taylor had a shampoo ready when we picked up our dog incase we get skunked again. And she gave my dog this cute bandana and report card.

The girls, my two dogs, beg to get out here. I trust them with the quality of food. They are so helpful when needed. I recommend PetCo for all your pet needs.

Let me tell yall, this place is super clean for a pet store!! It is kinda cluttered, but I'm not making a fuss! Any and every brand of cat/dog/bird/fish food, they have it! The animals that are in here are so well taken care of. Each animal is super healthy and not at all sickly, even down to the beta fish they look great! We buy our dog food here. I personally recommend Purina Pro Plan for dogs and cats. Yes it is kinda expensive but the results are great! Plus the dogs love it! We use lamb or beef. Great sales as well!! Whatever ur critters need or want is here!!

I have an 8.5 month old Bichpoo & started taking her here since she was 4 months. I’ve never been let down yet. They double check with me every time on what’s being done & always give feedback at the end. My baby comes home happy, clean & smells amazing.

Took my dog into the groomers after trying several places and Taylor the groomer has been the only one my dog will allow to do whatever they need to do with ease he gets so excited when we go there he starts looking for her behind the counter love love love her and petco

100 professional extremely friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I can't remember the woman that I talked to on the phone but just because of that conversation I'm a customer for life 🐾🐾

Has Astro up for the clinic. Dr was late so we asked if they could trim his nails. Took him straight back. Staff was wonderful with our Astro.

Great customer service, and all the dogs love going there

First time really shopping at Petco. They had a lot to choose from. The store was clean, staff was friendly. I thought some of the prices were high. I noticed the Blue Wilderness cat food that I normally purchase was around $5 higher here. I didn’t pay much attention to the other stuff I purchased, due to it being dogs toys and treats. I would recommend going here.

I came in to support One by One Animal Advocates and the Cabell Wayne Animal Shelter and Petco's generosity to those two needed organizations. I had a horrific experience on I-64 (storm) and had a very near miss of an accident. The cashier was AMAZING. She helped me to calm down and feel better about the drive there. This is a great store with everything you need for your pets including grooming. My dog Marley always loves to get cleaned up there!

The service was great. The checkout was very slow due to only one cashier.

First time shopping here was a great experience. Dustin was extremely helpful. He not only answered questions I had, he gave me some extra information about having a new pet. Highly recommend the training class as well. We have only attended one lesson but the change in my puppy is already worth it.

I always find what I need here and the employees seem happy and helpful. My German Shepherds love the wheat free granola bars on your treat bar so I try to buy them when you have them in stock.

Drove from Ashland, KY to buy a 75 gallon tank. I called first to confirm the tank was in stock and asked them to give me the measurements. No hesitation on their part to do that for me. Once I got there they had it at the check out counter on a hand truck waiting for me. When I got my cash out to pay for my item they said "Sorry we don't take cash." I immediately said "I came all the way from Ashland. Are you kidding me !?" And without skipping a beat the employee was like "Yep! Totally kidding ya, Sir. Let's get ya rang up!"

Awesome! A place where people are more than a dumb robot. Not gonna lie, they had me hook line and sinker with the "We don't take cash." joke.
