Miss Kelly and Sue Sue went above and beyond their customer service to make sure that my experience here was the best from cleaning bathrooms to making sure that the laundry room was available for my service completely left me speechless thank you ladies for my experience

Everyone here is always friendly and attentive! Service was very quick to accommodate me for an emergency tire repair. Technician cleaned up after himself and did not leave any fingerprints on my truck. Thank you TA!

Friendly service all around with the TA staff. Pumps available out front, a dog walking area with picnic table. Picnic tables in front of the two restaurants for Popeye's Chicken and Subway. Clean showers and clean laundry facility for CDL drivers. There's a driver's lounge and an ATM on site. Lots of available parking on site. They have your standard Hot and Cold Case foods ready to go. :-)

Just want take a few mins to share my experience at Florence ky TA.
Just love to get very decent service from TRISN PATTON.
Trisn is very courteous,kind,humble and knowledgeable about her job.
I have been going there for a while.
I have been getting consistent great and genuine service every time.
*I hope management knows that Trisn is an asset to Florence TA.

Really clean, great staff! Wide parking for trucks. The rest area inside for waiting to shower was large and the TV is really great. They have a small arcade. The food was good and they even have a Waffle House next door walkable from truck parking.

I was in Florence, and I went to the shop, and Mr Cody was above and beyond! What a nice young man! You should have more people like him!!!

This is one of my favorite truck stops the location is awesome always clean no problem with my paid parking they have security to inforce those parking spots love it ..

I'm only giving them five stars so that my review will show up, a lot of these companies have hired companies to protect their online reputation and so if you give one star, your review might not show up, this is the worst truck stop on the internet, they never have fuel when I show up to fuel. You could get yourself in real trouble if you are relying on this place for your fuel. Just a heads up take your business elsewhere

Nice Travel Center . Clean bathrooms. Outside area clean as well. They also have Security guard on site. Popeyes is located inside . Kind cashiers.

The bathroom was clean with good paper towels and soap. The employees were very friendly and helpful. I would rate my visit a 9. Lots of truck stops are more interested in profit than their customers. 5 stars TA A Stevens Transport Contractor, Stan T.

Usually when I go to gas stations or restaurant bathrooms, I have trouble finding somewhere to even change my baby. This was by far the best having a changing table and even hooks to hang a diaper bag. Restrooms were clean and it was nice not having to change my baby on a sink for once.

Today I sent my drivers to fix the truck. The problem was alignment, tire and software check engine light. So there is a technician guy Billy helped us to fix all issues. This place deserves 5 stars because Billy is communicative, helpful and he knows professionally his job. Thank you Technician BILLY for being very friendly and solving our truck issue))

Parking fills up very quickly. They do have security and they will ask you to move if you are parked in a no parking zone. That goes for reserved parking as well.

That being said, truck stop is very clean Well organized and stocked.

Excellent service,friendly staff,good facilities for professional drivers,with points based system free showers,easy location available throughout the USA.

Can't say nothing bad. They will let you sleep in the lot when your homeless. The staff are very nice. Nice bathroom facility. When your homeless that means allot.

Came into the shop and talked to Jon about my issue I had with the trailer and told him I was low on hours to drive with no where to park there so he made sure i was in and out in a very timely manner. Great fast and prompt service. Thank you Jon and to other 2 techs who had done the repair.

Their service department is wonderful! FINALLY, a new set of Drives (except one recap that Love's put on) ready to dig in the snow!

I had reserved Parking Space for the night and Security did a great job making sure I had a spot available. This is a great spot and Security does a great job ensuring reserved parking is open for paying drivers.

While on our way to vacation my girlfriend heard a noise. I didn’t think much of it until I looked at my dash and noticed my tire pressure was rapidly going down. I usually don’t have good luck until this experience. I exited I-75 and had 2 options (11 pounds of pressure at this point) so I turned into TA. I walked up to a group of employees and begged for help. Without hesitation one gentleman (sorry I didn’t get everyone’s names) he tells me to go in and buy a patch kit so I did then 2 of the road gentlemen pull up behind me and use the patch kit and inflate me tire back to specs all within minutes. I ask how much I owe and the gentleman says “you don’t owe a thing”. I did give the 2 gentleman enough to at least buy lunch. I just want you guys to know that you saved the day and my vacation. In the wee hours of the morning on 10/26/14 I had to do my laundry, I'm not talking a little bit of laundry, I mean 100lbs. The girl that was cleaning showers during that graveyard shift was so awesome! She even helped me get my massive laundry bag to my truck AFTER she was already done with work! Talk about service! This girl went above and beyond her job to help me and I wanted someone to know!!!
