Sand Dollar Laundry

This was the best laundromat I’ve ever been too. The owner is super helpful, friendly, and caring. It is super clean, spacey, is affordable, and the environment is really nice/ comfortable. There’s also some stores around to go to while you’re waiting for your laundry. I was recommended to go to this laundromat and I recommend anyone who’s trying to find a laundromat to come here.

I fell in love with everything the pricing, the environment, the people and the owner is super friendly, nice and caring!! I won’t stop coming here. I recommend this laundromat to anyone!! There is also a bunch of stores around so you will never be bored.

I’ve been coming here for about a year and I don’t have any complaints. It’s generally clean and even if it’s packed, there’s been washers and dryers for me to use. The area is pretty safe so as a woman, I’ve come here all hours of the day and I feel comfortable here. Even if it’s packed I can find parking. The machines have never taken my coins. I had an issue where my clothes were still soapy and I just washed them again and they were fine. I had one bad experience here where an older man took my clothes out the washer (mind you my alarm had just went off and it couldn’t have been more than a minute of my clothes sitting there….) long story short, that was the only bad experience I had here and that hasn’t stopped me from coming here. People are slobs and can be really rude. I appreciate Mike speaking to me and listening to my concerns and just reassuring me he’s working on improving this place day by day. People should learn to be nicer and more understanding.

My go to laundry mat. I recently lost an item in the dryer lint trap and contacted the email listed on-site to let them know. They got back to me quickly and were able to retrieve my item. Will continue to bring my laundry here.

some carts aren’t in the best of shape but there’s a variety of washer sizes for everything i’d need. affordable prices and they have the change machine in house

Haven't really had a bad experience here. Everyone who's saying "AlL tHe MaChInEs ArE bRoKeN" SOME machines are out of order SOMETIMES. Things happen, including idiots jamming their quarters in so they get stuck, overloading machines when the capacity is clearly stated on the machine. This place has a cleaning person come in 3 times a week and do a great job. I take 4 big loads in and spend $20 on washers and $10 on dryers. Personally I'm cool with that. Mike's a good guy (owner) he's a human like the rest of us and a small business owner. He's providing a low key affordable laundromat. No complaints here. Email is posted in case there's an issue and I believe I've seen a phone number posted as well. These reviews are kinda brutal and not accurate. If there's a mess in there it's because someone was a slob and left it for someone else to clean. It's not a dirty place at all. And if a machine is broken for a week or 2, keep in mind those machines cost THOUSANDS to fix and this dude is in the same spot as most of us. Cut some slack. Jeez. We've been coming here for about a year and will probably only stop when we move. Thanks Mike. Keep your head up. Your place is great.

Please fix the machines. I live in town & it’s the worst going there anytime of the day & only small machines work & it’s busy with people. I always have to come back another time during the day. Help out your customers & fix the machines please!!!!!!!

Went 3 different times machine took my money and didn't wash the clothes and no contact number to call in total $11

If I can give this place a zero I would this place is dirty,machines barely work a few dryers broken some of them sounding like their doing construction inside lol place is very dirty they don't keep up with cleaning at all its like u don't wanna touch the machines that's how dirty it is next time I'll go to my regular place in windsor thank God this was a one time fast thing this place also smells like piss its just disgusting & surprising for being such a great & clean town this place is horrible

This laundromat appears to be run by slum lords who do not take care of their business or perform basic maintenance. The place is filthy, floors covered in dirt and trash overflowing. The majority of the 40 lb machines are out of order, and the one that did function ate several of my quarters so it cost more than the $6. I only go to the laundromat to wash blankets and comforters, but I'll be finding a new place to go.

Went here to bring a large comforter to wash. Machines out of order; some machines have trouble taking quarters. Not that upkept. Unfortunately hoped for better since it’s in a nice part of town.
