Dr.Nasser and Dr.Crawford are very personable and take their time at every appointment to ensure the best care for my children. The nurses and staff are always so helpful and friendly at every call and visit. Have been at this office for 15 yrs and my children have always received amazing care! Amazing doctors ,nurses and staff!!!! Thank you Whole Child Pediatrics!!

I have been going to the Whole Child Pediatric office for 10 years. Their care and devotion to their patients is over and above anything I have ever experienced in a medical facility. It is a small office and everyone knows my son as soon as we walk in. Dr. Nasser is one of a kind and puts so much time into every detail when caring for her patients. They have always made time to see us and return calls after hours. I can not stress the level of care and compassion from the entire staff. Dr. Crawford is equally amazing. Thank you to the Whole Child Peds team!

We are new to the area and went to The Whole Child after reading SO Many good reviews! My oldest daughter (7) told me she wants to go back there every time she is sick now. I even called this next morning to leave an update on my daughters ear, I expected to leave a message with the front office and for Dr. Nasser to get to it and see it sometime during the day, but she actually got on the phone and spoke with me directly! I used to work as a nurse in pediatrics and that kind of doctor is rare to find, I’ve only known a few! We’re glad we found a new doctor here in Kentucky :)

My family and I love the doctors and staff at The Whole Child! I’ve never had any issues scheduling a sick appointment the same day I call in, and well child checks are actually fun for my children.
I feel like the doctors really listen to all of our questions, without rushing us out the door.

Dr. Nasser has been our pediatrician for over 18 years. She is kind, caring and compassionate with my children. She makes sound clinical decisions and will go above and beyond to assist you with concerns. The staff at the office has been a part of this practice for years which adds to the personal touch that you receive at this office. I called TWC Pediatrics around noon on Tuesday to see if I would be able to schedule a sick visit for my son. He was able to be seen just about an hour later. A resident from Children’s Hospital (“Dr. Brittany”) examined my son first, and then Dr. Nasser did her own exam next. They discussed their findings and determined that my son presented with a double ear infection, and also needed to be tested for strep. The nurse, Cheryl, took a quick swab, and a few minutes later, he tested positive for strep. Everyone involved was thorough, caring, and efficient during the process. My son was understandably irritable, but he cooperated for most of the exam because he felt comfortable and at ease. They looked for “Mickey Mouse” in his ears and “Donald Duck” in his throat. They made him forget that he was a patient with the gentle, playful approach they used during their observations. Cheryl brought him stickers, and Dr. Nasser gave him the promise of a candy cane once he was finished. The receptionist, Colleen, handed him his candy and he was very grateful. Thank you to all TWC staff for making the sick visit as quick and painless as possible!

This is a great practice where the whole team is very friendly, able to ease your mind when necessary, and lastly very dedicated to their patients and their family! I wish that all pediatric practices were like this. We have been blessed to have the same doctor for many years!

The doctor's and staff are very sweet and attentive. It is Cincinnati Children's quality on this side of the river.

My son was sick with a high fever and at 6 a.m. the doctor returned my call in 4 minutes.
Even called up later in the day to follow up and see how my child was feeling. They truly care about each of their patients

Absolutely amazing! When i first arrived a little over a year ago, my son was combative, getting in trouble daily at home and at school. His father and his relationship was strained to say the least. Fast forward to now....COMPLETE 180!!!! I could not be happier with his progress!

The doctors and nurses are very friendly and knowledgeable to provide excellent care to my daughter! It is very easy to get an appointment in the case of an urgent matter as well as with normal check-ups.

The entire staff from the front desk, nurses, and the docs are so friendly and knowledgeable. They treat you like family and their concern for not only your child’s well-being but the entire families. 💙
