My husband and I stopped in here on our way to beach, and let me just say this place is absolutely phenomenal, we've eaten at several places in different parts of the USA, different countries & this place is right up there with the best, Beth our waitress was superb, her & her husband own this place & he came over & chatted with us a bit, hope they have great success, because their hard work sure showed in the meal we experienced! The steak was cooked to my husband's high standards, crab cakes & even the sides were perfect, let's talk about the fried cheesecake wow! And the fried mushrooms, if you get a chance give them a try!

Our family ate at the neighborhood grill for the first time and it was wonderful. The service, the food, and the atmosphere was great. The owner and chef even stopped by and said hello, very gracious. We had 3 appetizers ( fried pickles, loaded fries, and onion petals) all 3 were fresh, hot and very tasty. We tried a variety of entrees including the shrimp basket, the club, chicken Parmesan, fried chicken sandwich, and chicken Alfredo. All six of us loved everything we ordered. Finished the meal sharing a crème brûlée and monster brownie and both were delicious. If you have a chance support this great local spot.

We were looking for a place to eat and Neighborhood Grill was a little far from were we were, but after reading the reviews we wanted to try this restaurant. I'm glad we made the trip. The food is freshly made and delicious, the service is friendly. The place is nice. We really enjoyed. Highly recommended.

Omg we loved this place! Our first time but we will definitely be back! I had the meat and 3...chopped steak. It was delicious! My friend had fried shrimp and loved it. House made ranch dressing was so good. Our server, Antonio was awesome! Can't wait to come again.

Great atmosphere and food. Fried shrimp was excellent. Also enjoyed the fresh Pico de gallo and chicken quesadilla. The Creme brulee was to die for and the Brownie Monster was divine! Also loved the iced tea.... some places don't get this right... but they do. They also get an A+ on presentation, cleanliness and friendly staff. Reasonably priced. Definitely recommend. All in the sweet little town of Clanton!!

My boyfriend and I drive a truck for a living we are parked at the Love's truck stop and we were able Bobtail to make it over here this evening for dinner this is a You Got To Eat Here Place.
Jason Lee the chef and is the owner, knows what he is doing In the kitchen I had the opportunity to meet him and speak with him, he cares about quality and there is plenty of quantity and the prices are great.
My boyfriend porkchop was fork tender to cut, and my ribeye steak was absolutely delicious we had the gouda cheese grits and the sweet potato smash everything was absolutely delicious.
The young man that was our server Jacob was off the chain courteous and knowledgeable. When we came out of the restaurant and we got here a little early they were standing on the sidewalk waiting for a table that tells you something right there about this place it's delicious

Had 6 adults, 2 kids and a 5 month old. Great experience. Son & Daughter tried the cordon bleu plate. Daughter n law tried the shrimp basket, Husband had the 14oz Ribeye. Son n law had the chicken parmesan. Kids tried the chicken bites. I tried the pork chop plate. Everything was good. The waitress checked on us multiple times to make sure everything was okay.
The owner even came out and checked on us and his other guests….he even warmed up some water in a cup so my daughter could make the baby a bottle.
Excellent customer service. This was our 1st visit and we shall be back…

My go to local restaurant in Chilton Co. Shrimp Po-boy tacos on taco Tuesday are incredible. Tried the boneless wings on Wing Wednesday for the first time today and I would say that they were the best boneless wings I have ever had. Service always includes smiling faces. Great local atmosphere.

First Time I have been here My Son an Friends Suggested it. Let Me Say This I'm from New Orleans I ordered the Grilled Jumbo Shrimp with Steamed Broccoli and Salad,There Dressing Is Homemade Buttermilk Ranch.My Waitress Was Kalsie and The Managers Name Was Jordan.The Seasoning for Shrimp was House Seasoning Just Right I don't know what they Use on There Broccoli But It was Off The Chain.The Restaurant was Very Clean.All Staff and Employees Were Very Friendly, Polite,Kind Respectful and All Followed COVID-19 Protocol.Definently Recommend.Next Time I'm back in Town Will Definitely Come Back.Keep Up The Great Work and Consistency.If I Could Give 100 Stars I Would.I Was Very Impressed.Went back Yesterday with my Boyfriend Everything was Awesome as Always.The Host was Very Professional Respectful,Kind and Polite. We were invited here for the first time the other weekend. Needless to say, I am usually skeptical when trying a new place. Not so much about the money as it is just good food. The atmosphere was spot on and the food was just right. The flavor was throughout the meal. Will definitely be returning here for another meal.

Our first time at Neighborhood Grill & Catering.
Let's just say, they had us sold after tasting the plentiful and delicious hand-battered mushrooms with tasty homemade ranch for $7.49. Hubby opted for the Buffalo Chicken Club with sweet potato mash for $9.99. The chicken was juicy and so thick, he asked for a togo box, which rarely happens.
The restaurant is very clean, quaintly decorated, and comfortable with multiple TVs showing a variety of different sports.
The hostess and wait staff are friendly, attentive, and willing to offer us newbies menu suggestions.
I have eaten at and reviewed more restaurants than I can count as a foodie, local guide for Google Maps, and the former Cuisine writer for 417 Magazine in Missouri, but I have never had the pleasure of meeting and speaking at length with a manager/owner quite like John Hillin. If every restaurant had a manager like John, they would all be successful. A master of attention to detail, he goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and completely satisfied with your dining experience. He genuinely cares about your opinion and making you a repeat customer...and we definitely plan on returning in the very near future!

We just had an extraordinary lunch at Neighborhood Grill. My husband had the burger and I had shrimp tacos. Both were excellent! Kaitland, our server, was wonderful and the prices were reasonable . The gooey fries and brownie were also good. What a great restaurant!

I had to be in Clanton for a school function, and being almost an hour from home, we had to find lunch spots. We decided to drop by here for lunch one day and were more than pleasantly surprised, maybe even to the level of blown away? Either way, I had some excellent Fried Catfish that reminded me of my Louisiana Father's homemade version with some deliciously crispy fries. I even opted for a side of broccoli, which had a lemon butter that was not soaked in butter but a perfect mix to keep the broccoli flavorful. To top it all off, the server was great and the manager stopped by to check on us too. It was an all around wonderful experience!

I ate here with some friends and I had the chicken and waffles. Oh my word, they were the best I have had! I would definitely recommend this place and I can’t wait to try the one open in Millbrook.

Best food in my area, really good service, and it just looks like a place that will give you a good amount of food for the price.

If outstanding food and service is what you are after, this is your kind of place.

If you want a quiet cozy getaway this isn't it. It tends to be noisy and crowded with some truly tiny tables.

First time in several years stopping here. The shrimp and grits were great. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Love neighborhood Grill! The food is amazing and the employees are even better! From the time we sit down the servers are always great. A couple times we have had Kiesha as our server and she always does a great job of telling us her name, getting our drinks quickly and seeing if their is a appetizer that she can put in for us. Def our favorite server! The food is always amazing. It is def one of those places I can't ever decide what to order because everything is good!
