Chetana is the absolute best! She has done an amazing job every single time that I have visited her. Highly recommend her for facial and threading services. She is a thorough professional and a wonderful person. She always makes me feel comfortable and I feel absolutely wonderful after every service. If I could, I would give her 10 stars!

This is 2nd time I leave review. Not sure what happened to my first one, I must’ve added it to yelp or something.. but in first picture I came to this salon (in 9.21.22) sorry not the best pictures to show since my hair is up.. I decided Chetana for my services, she’s the owner. I LOVE HER & her work! She takes care of me every time! 2nd time I came was Saturday (1.28.23)
I had got a trim for both times. If you’re trying to find a good salon & this is near you or a good distance from you, CHOOSE THIS PLACE! These are talented women & have more than just hair services! My hair felt so silky/healthy & has your hair smelling so good from the products. I decided to make Chetana my go-to hair stylist. They say you go for the stylist not the place. So glad I chose to give this place a try. Affordable pricing! Thank you!!

I enjoyed my visit here, I felt comfortable with the hair stylist. We had a brief consultation, I showed her a few pictures and she understood what length I was going for and used her expertise in what shape it should be. I love how the cut came out, even styling on my own I am able to achieve beautiful results. I also had the eyebrow threading, just a clean up, and the results are good. I would recommend coming here.

They fit me in the day I called and made such a big difference for me. I’ve lost so much hair due to pregnancy and being sick, but the hairdresser completely transformed my hair and gave me the exact style I wanted, which I didn’t even know was possible for me. The salon is so cute and was extremely clean. I will definitely be going back here for upkeep, highly recommend!

At the recommendation of a friend, I decided to give High Gloss Salon a try for eyelash lift/tint and eyebrow tint…I’m sure glad that I did! Chetana, the owner, was great in explaining all of the services and was honest in making her recommendations - helping make decisions on what I would truly benefit from as if she was spending her money and not mine. In fact, she recommended we wait on a service that I would have otherwise purchased…very uncommon in the industry but so appreciated and valued. She also carves out enough time to allow true attention to your services. I have never felt rushed and she’s allowed me to make decisions on the spot rather than requiring me to commit to a service weeks in advance or schedule a return appointment. Her customer service is not the only wonderful thing… the end results with my eyebrows have been amazing - she was willing to adjust (and readjust) to get them to meet both of our expectations. I have since used Chetana for a facial and microblading - so relaxing and thorough - and, like my brows, the end result was fantastic! An added bonus is that she uses all natural products. So thankful that I found High Gloss Salon and Chetana!

The owner herself took really good care of me and my daughter. It was my first time to have eyebrow threading and was nervous but she explained the whole process and it was painless. I have scheduled for my next appointment already. She was very professional, informative and really helpful. Highly recommended!!!!

I mostly go for eyebrow and facial threading and the owner does a great job every time. I tried the middle package facial and absolutely loved how my skin felt afterwards. It was a relaxing and pleasant experience. Highly recommend going here, especially if you want some amazing eyebrows.

I love this place! The owner is very helpful and spent a lot of time with me! I had my eyebrows shaped and a facial at my first visit. My eyebrows look the best they have ever looked! Before the facial, I had really clogged pores and redness. After the facial my skin looked beautiful! The owner also spent time with me discussing facial care and recommended products. I already have another appointment to try the lash lift and tint and have my eyebrows tinted and reshaped! I am really excited to go back! The owner gives excellent care to her customers! This is my new favorite salon!

This is my absolutely favorite place to get my eyebrows done. Chetna is fantastic! She is very nice and incredibly precise and detailed when she threaded my eyebrows. I’m impressed with her service and skills and will definitely recommend her to my friends.

Really enjoyed my experience at High Gloss Salon! Called Thursday evening to see if they had any availability for a haircut on Saturday and they were very accommodating getting me in first thing Saturday morning. She was incredibly kind and did a great job with my hair. I can’t wait to go back and try out more of their services.

I was in Kentucky visiting my mother for a week from Florida and I went here on three different occasions. The prices are just so affordable compared to the usual prices down here in Palm Beach and that inspired my first call.

The owner is an absolute sweetheart, very professional, and just generally an absolute pleasure to talk to. We had a great time chatting. I got a facial, a haircut, my eyebrows tinted and threaded, and my eyelashes tinted. All in one week!

Now when I say I initially called for pricing that is true, but what kept me coming back after that first service was what a good time I had, how good I looked, and how hospitable the owner was.

She opened her salon and the pandemic hit soon afterwards and I feel that she deserves all the word of mouth and business because she isn’t just about the money, she genuinely has a passion for this and cares.

This was my first experience having my lashes and eyebrows tinted, my lashes lifted, and my lip and brows threaded. I’m impressed! Not only does it look great but it was pain free. She was very gentle and professional. I’ll never tweeze again. I would highly recommend High Gloss Salon.

I was in the need of some last minute services prior to some weekend festivities—my eyebrows were in desperate need of some attention and my usual salon was all booked up. I was at Kroger and passed by the salon and decided to call to see if they had any openings. She was able to get me in within 10 minutes of my call which was amazing! She was so nice during my appointment, patient and knowledgeable! Will definitely be returning!

Chetana the owner of this salon is an amazing stylist and an all-rounder when it comes to your beauty services. She takes care of my waxing and eyebrow shaping regularly and I am happy with the outcome everytime!! I don't even feel the need to check the mirror after she does my eyebrows, that's how good she shapes it!! I also got my hair cut and colored by her with excellent results. In addition to being amazing at what she does, she is very professional and friendly at the same time. When I want to try out a new hairstyle or waxing options, she listens carefully and also gives me advise and suggestions by weighing in the options.
