We had a great experience working with Exterior Custom Solutions! They provided us excellent service all the way from ordering our door, to installation. What surprised me the most is how quick our door was put up on the day when the building crew arrived. Arne and Robby did a fantastic job removing the old and installing our new sliding glass door. I’m especially impressed of the finish work as well. I definitely rate their professionalism and craftsmanship a 10/10. These guys are the best!

Very easy experience for the whole process. The salesperson was knowledgeable but not pushy, and they had different tiers of products to choose from which helped them fit our budget. The install was quick and by the time they left you couldn't even tell they were there. We've already placed our order to replace the rest of our windows through them.

We had windows replaced and an eight foot patio door where there had been windows. It turned out great. The workers were polite and hard working.

I needed to have my garden window replaced. Before I decided to have Exterior Custom Solutions replace my windows, the sales person pointed out a few problems with my window. He also explained what they would do when they replace the windows to make sure that it would be installed properly. The one installer took time to figure out how they were going to remove it. They also cleaned up after themselves. When they were done the experienced installer explain and showed me how to use the windows. He also asked if I had any questions about it. I would refer them to anyone.

We’ve had Gary as our installer several times now. As always, he was very knowledgeable & an excellent worker. His assistant did a great job at clean up and helper. Krystal in the main office was also extremely helpful on the administrative side and assisted with our many questions, not only on this project but many others. By the way, our windows came in earlier than expected! Fantastic job done by all!

In reference to the Emily Engelke review I was the installer at this job, the two window pictures are pictures I took before I left. We close up openings all the time and don't normally mud but we went over and above to try to make the customer happy. I have also included three pictures of the drywall Gary took after he went back the second time.

Order for replacement windows placed in October and finally installed March. Due to the time of year, weather was a factor. Installation, although with a few bumps, went well. Extremely happy with the look/operation of the windows at this point. Can not wait for warm weather to give them a try!

I am a former employee. They’re windows trump any in the area. As an employer, you couldn’t ask for anyone better to work for. It felt more like family. I decided to get all my exterior doors done along with all my windows and patio doors with intention of not only making my home more desirable, but also increase the value. They’re programs make it super affordable. I went with the 18 months 0% APR no monthly payments plan. After the install, my home was valued at a much higher dollar than the project costed me. Very impressed with their work. Needless to say, if you’re selling your home I would definitely get this company in as they fulfill their promises. Only regret is I didn’t get them installed sooner so I could’ve saved on my energy bill as I lived there. Oh well, down in Florida now. Maybe they’ll open a second location *cross fingers*

Every person we worked with made us feel confident and at ease with the process of replacing windows (no small investment!). The sales rep was great with no pressure, the customer service was timely and communicated regularly with us about the status of our job, and the install team was efficient and did a great job! The windows look great!

This is such a good company I had them come back a second time for the next round of projects. The first round I was between them and another company and ended up going with them as they offered financing and the other company did not. I am a first time home buyer and lived alone at the time. The installers were great and felt like they were taking care of things and explaining things to me like my own dad would, they made me feel like a person not just another customer. I did end up going with the other company for my sliding door, as their sales man was excellent the first time around and wanted to give them some business too, I was highly displeased with their service and went back with exterior custom solutions to finish my windows. With covid and the shipping chain issues, my windows could not be installed until December. They gave extra care to make sure the doors of the rooms they were working in were closed so as to minimize the affect of the open wall on the temperature on the rest of the house.

Ive seen some posts about complaints of prices. Yes, going with any company versus a contractor is going to be a little pricier, but the additional service you get is well worth the price. I have found several anomolies in the structure of my house, that caused me to go with a full company that could fix/manage said anomolied versus a contractor that may charge more or be unable to continue without another contactor, once those were discovered. That, on top of the warranty, the knowledge and the quality of window are definitely worth it.

We had the original windows and storms replaced on our home that was built in 1901. We are very satisfied with the quality and look of the new windows. They were able to keep the integrity of the architecture which we were very happy about.

I got new windows put in about two months ago from this company. The windows are a drastic change for the better over what I had. Not only do they block the wind from across the lake, but they also help with noise reduction. The sales rep was very informative and helpful when it came to selecting the new windows. The install crew was respectful of our space and time, as the windows were installed in a timely fashion and the installers cleaned up afterwards.

They did and awesome job installing our door! Very nice and very fast!
