Hy-Vee Grocery Store

Had a bad experience at the deli area. Rude lady behind the counter did not want to help me. I talked with Ralph and he was very helpful and got me what I needed. I appreciate his help and professionalism.

This is really a great store it's so nice and clean all the time and they do have super great deals. Also have electric motor shopping chair/scooters. Great Place!😁

Southside Hyvee is by far the better of the two hyvees in this town. Mainly because it doesn't feel like a Hyvee store. I normally avoid Hyvee at all costs with the exception of this location.

Love the great deals and the friendly smiles and help. The pharmacy people are awesome!!!!!! They quit accepting UHC healthy benefits card this year (2023) so we have to shop somewhere else.

High-end looking beautiful grocery store with very competitive prices. They are the only ones in the area that have everything that other markets do not. Very helpful and pleasant staff as well. I stop here every time I go through Alexandria now.

Went there last night and was very surprised on there prices which is a good thing and noticed they had self check out and I'm sure some workers lost there job. And I'm deeply sorry for them but this is the way of life every where now this kind of scary to me cause our nation is a working nation,and where very proud of it so what happen don't tell me it was the COVID it's just a part of it we as a nation has always bounced back up if I make any one made I'm truly sorry yours truly kat

The chocolate in Starbucks was amazing. Then we order breakfast, and it came quickly, I like the surrounding glasses that gives a sensation of wider location. Food came quickly and service was marginal; then we went to visit the meats section with empty showcases due to the Monday hurricane. Sorry.

It was okay but they need to learn to put the motorized scooters somewhere else and have them fully charged and not go half dead on the person when they're almost getting done with their grocery shopping.

The staff at Hy-Vee is always friendly and kind. I live in Minneapolis and every time I am in Hy-Vee I have had interactions with Jim Cain and he is always smiling and hard working! We need more people like him in businesses!

Every Hy vee has it's differences . Learning the products they carry and where everything is makes shopping more efficient . Staff are always willing to help locate what you are looking for
