Kevin was so wonderful to work with! He gave us an estimate right on the spot and was able to make our roof top priority. He was super friendly and very helpful. The guys did a great job on the roof of our rental property and even though there was much more work that needed to be done than expected, we were never hit with any unexpected costs at the time of completion. We are so happy with everything from start to finish and would definitely recommend them and will definitely be using them again in the future. Thank you for a job well done!

Kevin was able to come over the same day I called to inquire about a quote. When we decided on him after getting multiple quotes, he scheduled us right away. Our roof is large and complex and his team had the old shingles ripped off and new roof installed in less than two days. He finished up with a personal inspection to make sure we were happy and all the debris was removed. We couldn't be happier with our choice. Fair pricing, very responsive, and professional. I can't say enough good things about Link's Contracting. Kevin is so easy to work with. He gave me an estimate on the same day I asked. They arrived as scheduled, even a few minutes early. Their very pleasant crew worked hard and quickly. They worked a 10 hour day and completed the house roof that day! The next day they did the garage and breezeway. They did an extraordinary job of cleanup as well. 27 sq. of shingles were installed in 2 days, including stripping off the old shingles. Excellent work all around. Thanks, guys.

Kevin from Links gave me a great rate on my garage roof, their crew completed tearing off 10 square of crumbling shingles and applying new shingles in less than 6 hours in 85' heat.

Kevin was great to work with. We had a skylight that was leaking. He came out the day after I called him. He examined the situation, discussed his findings and gave recommendations for fixing it. It rained that night and Kevin called me the next day to ask if we saw anymore leaking.
I requested Kevin come back and inspect the rest of our skylights for potential leaks. He did so and was very fair regarding costs.
I highly recommend Links Contracting and especially Kevin to work with.

Kevin was a pleasure to work with! I had a small roof leak and he was out the very next morning after I called. Found the source, made repairs and even went all over the roof to verify other similar spots were ok. Clearly knowledgeable and takes pride in his trade. Honest and trustworthy!

I wish I could give 10 STARS. I can't say enough about Kevin and his crew at Link's!! I had 5 trees land on my house during a storm. He worked closely with the insurance company (and this took more time than it should have, no fault of Kevin's, he fought for what he thought was right...and won) to get the funds needed to get the job done right!!! His crew was amazing and they certainly knew what they were doing and they also worked on a Saturday. He even did a few extra things that I never expected. He kept using the phrase, "I always look at a job as if it was my house and what is the right way to do it." Totally impressed.

Kevin came out to the old home place in Dellwood in Adams, County, gave me a fair price on a new roof, stuck close to the estimate. Items that did come up he checked with me first. Kevin came out to my property to address a huge mess after the storm 7-20-19...He worked long hours dealing with my mess...he was always readily available to discuss any of my concerns...He dealt with adjuster,insurance company,and a very difficult claims rep to get my job done....There are not enough stars on here to represent my thanks and graditude for the very professional job Kevin and his crew did on my roof...very clean and fast....once again THANK YOU AND YOUR CREW...

Kevin and his crew did a great job on our roof and aside from that, he was very helpful beyond fixing the roof. He gave great ideas on how to fix around my house and i appreciated that a lot. Thank you for cutting the cement block in the back porch.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! ZERO IS WHAT STAR I WOULD GIVE!! Incompetent!! Promises and big talk. Trashed our house and property. Ordered wrong stuff. Didn't complete anything! Haven't been here in a week, promised to have been done by now. Fired!!!

This company made an appointment to look at my roof and give me a quote. They showed up 30 minutes late and it took them an hour and a half to look at the roof. They didn’t give me a quote that day, but said they’d email me the quote. I never heard back. I called and left voicemails, nothing. At one point, I actually talked to someone who said they’d get me the quote as soon as they got back in the office. I never heard anything. I’m not sure why this company wasted their own time only to not give me a quote, but don’t let them waste your time.

I tried calling and left a message. No one reached out or called back after a long period of time. I picked this guy because of the good reviews but I don't see what all the hubbub is about. I have to look for someone else now for a somewhat urgent project and this guy wasted my time for no obvious reason.
