Dr. Duellman and his entire team were fantastic. I would highly recommend!!

Dr. Duellman took great care with me and answered all my questions. I had a unique experience with trauma blisters and Dr. Duellman checked with me several days during my recovery to make sure everything was going well. He was correct that there was no infection and everything was going to turn out well. In the past 8 weeks I have have gotten two new knees under the experienced hands of Dr. Duellman. I am very grateful for two new knees that will allow me to keep working and enjoying family!

My hip surgery experience began with talking to pleasant staff (and included his very capable assistant, Dawn), trained to gather critical information about "my" individual story. Dr. Duellman was direct, but caring, answering my questions. I was given a notebook, locally written and therefore pertinent, that answered all sorts of questions. And then there was a class for scheduled patients to cover any of our uncertainties and give us confidence of their practiced skills. The hospital stay was comfortable with an attentive nursing staff. Because of an anterior incision no physical therapy was needed - just follow their recommendations of using ice, walking and keeping a positive attitude all the way. I have been given back the amazing blessing of an active lifestyle. Thank you so much!

Dr. Duellman and his staff were great from start to finish. Dr. Duellman helps you feel at ease, he has a great personality. I feel so good after my hip replacement, I should have had it done long ago!!

Dr. Duellman was very informative about my upcoming knee replacement surgery. He was supportive of the decision that it needs to be done. I had a very positive experience in my appointment with him.

I have been going to Dr. Duellman since 2012 off and on. I have had five surgeries done by him. I have recommended family and friends to him. If any problems occur after surgery he is right there to fix them. GREAT GUY!!!

The preappointment communication and requests for information were timely and readily understandable. The appointment staff upon arrival were friendly, courteous and efficient. The nursing staff and x-ray technicians and were deliberate and precise. Dr. Duellman was timely, friendly, and informative. Drl Duellman carefully listened to the information I presented, asked me readily understandable questions that helped with his diagnosis and provided me with concurrent explanations regarding scope of the examination while he conducted the examination. His diagnois was precise. His recommended treatment and after care instructions were complete and understandable. I would rate the service and delivery of professional care as exceptional

Dr. Duellman is the best. My hip replacement couldn't of gone better. The staff at the front desk are very helpful. The nursing staff treated me like family. I highly recommend Dr. Duellman and his staff. Thank you all.

I had my second knee replaced by Dr Duellman 8/14/17. He did an excellent job and I was walking unassisted the first week. By my 6 week appointment is was as if nothing had been done and my knees were my own originals. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Duellman to anyone, and should I ever need orthopedic surgery, he would definitely be my choice of provider.

Knee replacement ~ excellent experience. Dr has a pleasant personality and always upbeat and encouraging. Whole process from beginning to end has been very good. He did the surgical work and now it's up to me to continue his work to make my knee work at its peak performance by therapy and home exercises. Thank you Dr Duellman.

"I was informed of everything up front and found the information very helpful. The required class at the hospital helped me a great deal--best purchase was my long-handled shoe horn." I found the staff extremely helpful; I was notified of what I would need to pay up front, how many sessions of therapy I would be allowed per my insurance--I was even asked if I would be able to handle the amount due. Dawn, Dr. Duellman's nurse, was exceptionally helpful. Plus, when she said she was going to do something, i.e. meet me to take my staples out, she did it. My therapist was great at interacting, explaining why I needed to suffer! and why I needed to continue on with my exercises at home and what exercises would be beneficial. There was no guess work on my behalf throughout the entire process (1st day I met with Dr. Duellman to the present). I am exceptionally pleased with everything and everyone I had to pleasure of meeting.

The care given with your diagnosis and treatment are important and why I recommend him EVERY I am asked who to see.

Absolutely the place to be if you have hip issues! The whole experience from first appt. to total hip replacement, post-surgical treatment and final "See you in 10 years!" I unfortunately had to have two surgeries on my ACL due to tearing it twice.(not typical) I can’t thank Dr. Duellman, his nurse, and my physical therapist Maria! They are personal and make you feel welcomed. They work with you !!!

Dr. Duellman is knowledgeable and highly skilled. He takes the time to thoroughly address any questions and does not make the patient feel rushed. I was treated as an individual and not a number or diagnosis.

The doctor and staff were very accommodating and explained everything they were doing in detail. Plus they answered all the questions I had asked. I didn’t feel as though they were in a hurry to get the appointment over. They took their time and answered all my questions.

Dr. Todd Duellman performed an anterior-approach hip replacement for me in late 2018. I was walking without a cane within a few weeks. He is an excellent surgeon. Everyone involved in my surgical procedure was extremely professional and caring. Dr. Duellman, R.N. Dawn Tammen, and Assistant Gina Heath, made sure I was well informed about what to expect before, during, and after the procedure. I will definitely seek his expertise for future orthopedic needs.

Had anterior hip replacement with Dr. Duellman mid December 2018. Preop appointments fully informative, timely, and addressed any and all concerns. Day of surgery, I arrived at surgery center at 9 AM, and was home sitting on my own couch by 515 PM. ALL preop pain from my lower back, buttocks, and leg were gone. Had some expected minor swelling in thigh post op, but no pain (minor discomfort from the swelling, bug I can't describe that as pain). Within 2 weeks, I was walking with feeling of full stability, and could walk distance without limitation. ALL personnel very professionnal and compassionate. Pain resolution and mobility restoration exceed my expectations. I very highly recommend Dr. Duellmaan, and will return when additional ortho needs arise.

Second Knee replacement. Very good experience. I found that patients who do their therapy have very good results, but people who shy away from therapy because of the pain, have bad results and take much longer to recover. The staff at Riverview on the floor especially dedicated to knee and hip replacement were above reproach. They were friendly and competent. The staff working at the Wisconsin River Orthopaedics, both surgery and therapy knew their jobs and were wonderful.
