The woman in the office and Dick are wonderful to work with. I had a complicated insurance situation with an estate car I purchased locally and had to title and insure in MN. They both were very helpful, friendly, and efficient. They are both very hospitable. I would recommend this agent!

After reaching out twice to get a quote for a policy two years ago without answer I finally stopped in and was met with the receptionist. She answered most of my questions, and the prices she quoted me were significantly higher than progressive or American Family. Now in 2019 after reaching out with no answer for over a week, I called again for a quote on small business insurance, I finally received an answer by Dick himself informing me they don’t cover the type of business I am pursuing. While this is fine and they’re more than welcome to cover or refuse coverage to anyone, this will more than likely be the last time I pursue State Farm especially Dicks branch due to prices and it seeming like an inconvenience to reply to potential customers.
