Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Germantown, WI

My husband and I were on our way home to Illinois from northern Wisconsin when the alternator on our car went out. We made it to a gas station before it died completely. This was 7:30 pm and we couldn't get a tow truck until early the next morning. This hotel was right next door. When we explained our situation to Elizabeth the manager, they were very nice and took very good care of us and made us very comfortable. It made a uncomfortable situation much more bearable. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

First visit. My room was very nice and clean. The bathroom was especially clean. The folks at the reception desk were very helpful to me when I needed them. Breakfast was the standard fare but it was very good and the dining area was nice looking and clean. The workout room was very modest with only a couple of treadmills and an elliptical. There was also a pool in a Whirlpool which looked very nice. As far as location goes, there are no eating places within walking distance which was disappointing.

We were only staying for one night and would be leaving before breakfast was even ready. Denise (and Sal) went out of their way to ensure breakfast was ready early for us. They had everything ready and acted like it wasn’t a bother. They had a kind way and made my daughter feel important when she shared why we had to leave early-for a powerlifting competition! And…she came in first place for JV. Thank you Denise for going out of your way. We will be back because of people like you!!!! Good work ethics are hard to find and you are amazing at what you do!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Sal at the front desk couldn't have been more kind and accommodating to my husband and I. He deserves a raise!! For real!!!!
We booked 2 rooms but unfortunately had to cancel one last minute, but SAL hooked us up!!
Our room is outstanding, clean and comfy. We greatly appreciate his kindness, friendly vibe and patience. If we ever get to this town again,we will for sure come back here. 💜💯✌🏿

Very friendly front desk- the baked cookies are nice. The pool and hot tub were very clean! We were the only ones in there so it was nice. There is a cute patio coming off the pool room. Pool is also open until midnight!
The rooms are clean, beds are somewhat comfy.
The continental breakfast is great! Wonderful selection of food, including a waffle maker which is a bonus. Breakfast goes until 930 on the weekdays and 1030 on the weekends so that’s helpful.
Hotel was extremely quiet. We heard nothing at night!

Wonderful and accomadating staff. Well kept clean rooms and comfy beds. We lucked out getting our 2 rooms, a suite and double queen beds, across the hall from eachother. The included breaksfast was slim pickings on our first morning, but the other 2 mornings had a much larger selection. The pool was a little on the cold side but it didnt stop us or plenty of others, and the hot tub was relaxing. The location was great for all our outtings we needed to attend in Hartford & West Bend with plenty of shopping options nearby. We didn’t dine out much but the staff did provide us a space to eat our takeout together instead of piling into our rooms. Also, $2 coin washer, another $2 dryer (which needed 2 runs to dry one normal size load) and another $2 for detergents was kind of steep in my opinion.. we had been traveling for 3 days before here then another 3 days here and with 6 of us, we really wanted to utilize laundry facilities but not at $8 a load. Wouldn't stop me from staying again by any means. Everything was well maintained and everyone was very helpful

Very nice! Rooms are very clean, nicely decorated, comfy beds and pillows. Loved the shower! Desk clerk was a very personable young lady, cheerful and helpful. She even taught me how to do something on my phone, which I appreciate. We will look for more Country Inn &Suites to stay in.

Reasonably priced. Our room was a two queen room. I expected the hotel to be not as nice as it was since it didn’t have the best reviews but our room was cute. The bedding and the way the bathroom is set up was very tasteful. And out our window was the woods/swamp so it was actually a nice view. Breakfast was a make your own waffle bar. Also had yogurt, juices and milk, bagels, bread, cereal, breakfast bars and more. I actually really enjoyed my stay. And it was in a safer side of the Milwaukee area in Germantown. Also the guy working the desk in the evening was very nice. We didn’t have towels or washcloths in our room (besides one bath towel) so he kindly brought some up to us. I would stay here again!

Clean place, easy to get to, and only a short drive to lots of fun places! The staff was great, breakfast was amazing with lots of choices!!! Ice machine was down apparently, but a staff member offered to go get us some. Thanks for making our short getaway a little easier with kids!

Clean, comfortable room. Quiet! Good breakfast with many choices. Morning hot food seems to change daily. Staff very helpful. Has pool and fitness center but I didn't use these amenities. Front entrance with nice outdoor seating.

We stayed here for a a night to attend a wedding at the Floridan next door (walking distance!)

Staff is super friendly, great clean rooms with modern decor and comfortable beds. Coffee, microwave and fridge in room!
The best part: Amazing Continental breakfast: Fruit, milk, toast, waffles (with a bunch of toppings), eggs (both cooked and hard boiled) potatoes, juice, oatmeal cereal etc.

Been here for a few months (for work) and things are going great.

My fiance and I enjoyed a night in the king whirlpool suite. They also allow you to sign up as a raddison rewards member and use that 10% discount on top of 10% triple a discount for a total off of 20%, you're usually allowed to use one or the other. Extremely beautiful And clean modern room with a spacious Jacuzzi tub with jets comfy and bed and tv adjacent as well as a really clean bed. I always bring an extra pair of sheets didn't feel the need to change them. Also allowed us late checkout as I lost my engagement ring in the last ten min of packing. 45 min later my fiance found it the desk clerk kept cleaning staff out of the room the extra time and was just so happy we found it. Amazing customer service. Ps. Stop at Lush amazing tub for bath bombs 💗💗.

We booked a room block here for our wedding at The Florian. Loved the proximity to the venue. Staff was accommodating and helpful. Rooms were nice. Everything felt clean and safe during the pandemic.

Absolutely AMAZING stay. Great front desk staff, snacks and coffee/hot chocolate in lobby, clean comfortable rooms, access to stores and restaurants, beautiful breakfast room with good breakfast options. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. I would definitely return if i find myself in the area again :-)

We have never stayed in Country Inn and Suites before. The place was very clean, comfortable and well managed. There was no issue with anything there. The breakfast had a good choice of items to start our day. When we get back in the Milwaukee area this will be our new place to stay.

Mary Kearns and all the staff were fabulous. We had a lot of guests for our daughters wedding. They all
were happy with their rooms, the morning breakfasts and the staff.
The Apple orchard room was great for our rehearsal dinner!

Everything is clean. Staff personable and professional considering they had to deal with a group of people dominating the hot tub and pool area with unsupervised kids and leaving towels all over the area. We always stay at a Country Inn if we can.
