Amazing guys! We hit some debris on the road that made us have a flat. Most places were closed. I called them and they were closed but I explained our situation & they told me to bring in over! They worked super quickly & were so friendly! Got us back on the road! Thank you!!

Great owner and workers. Friend and I got flat tire on interstate on i64 right by the i64/70/55 split and had no spare. These awesome guys got on it immediately and had us in and out of there in 20 minutes with a used tire that was like new all for $40. You can't beat the price or service so if ever need Service try these guys they are right off the interstate 64 right before the i64/70/55 split in East St Louis. Felt very safe and respected. Service was top both would definitely not hesitate using them again.

My front right tire blew out on the freeway a couple weeks ago. Providence allowed it to happen right in front of the exit Charles Tire is on.

Me and my husband was stuck with a flat tire on the side of the highway after hitting a pothole. We were there for a while before an emergency roadside truck came by and asked if we had a spare and unfortunately we did not. He then recommended Charlie’s and thank god he did. We called, they knew exactly where we were and tire (and rim) was fixed in no time! Can’t thank you enough!

Realized I had a tire going flat FAST as I was crossing the bridge into Illinois. Took the first exit I found and ended up at this shop at 7PM as they were getting ready to leave. They were super kind and got me back on the road within 30 minutes. I'm so thankful they were so close to the Interstate!

We'd had a terrible day with a flat tire on the bridge. Called roadside to change it because of traffic. They put on our donut but it was near flat as well. Ended up on the rim at the cahokia exit. Walked to a gas station and filled the original tire with fix a flat. It was past closing at several tire places. Found Charles tire with Google and called asking them to stay open til we got there. They were great. We hobbled in with 6 lbs of air in the tire. We thought we needed a new one and would have gladly paid for one. The owner said it wasn't neccesary, fixed our flat and had us back on the road for 20 bucks. It was so nice being well taken care of after a long day!! Thank you, charles tire!!!

I love Charles Tire, Tammy the secretary makes sure she helps customers. The tire Technician Floyd makes sure that customers are satisfied.. I don't know anyone elses name but they get you in and out without wasting time.. Mr. Charles doesn't allow slackers💯💪🏾👍🏽👀

While a flat tire is an unhappy thing for a dump truck driver, I'm always happy to be sent to these experts by my boss for a fix and ready to roll again.
