Great customer service!

I had rented a unit that had some issues and items that unfortunately was destroyed due to not being an a controlled atmosphere. I needed to move to a climate controlled unit. They were able to help me get a new unit with plenty of time to transfer my items.

I'm so glad I selected Extra Space Storage to store my mother's belongings while we're preparing for her next move. From meeting with the site representative to accessing the storage unit, everything ran so smoothly.
Brandy was very helpful in explaining policies and what to do if any concerns arise. I would highly recommend ESS to anyone needing storage of any size.

I sold my home really fast and I hadn't picked out an apartment. I needed to put my furniture and clothes and everything in storage. I went to extra storage space and I'm so glad I did. My stuff was in there a little over a month. It was clean and my clothes that were in bags still smelled like the softener sheets. They are very polite and professional. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Extra Space Storage meets all my storage needs. There is easy accessibility to my unit and the facility is always clean and tidy when I come in and out. My unit was impeccablY clean. The manager, Luis, was extremely friendly and helpful getting my unit set up and my supply needs. He walked me through the process on how to use the gate codes and locks for the unit. I would highly recommend this company and the especially the Florence, KY location.

Luis was very informative and extremely friendly. I was a little shocked when I was charged admin fee, lock fee, and insurance fee. But overall great experience!

It was so nice to deal with someone that new how to do their job. Martina was wonderful and took the time with us to cover costs and the size of unit we needed.

Good sizes, clean units, able to pull right up and unload, and the management was extremely helpful with all of my concerns.

Super friendly and helpful. Price is a lot cheaper then most other storage unit and you get better quality of a unit. Unit is right by the end and a door and there is no leakage or anything like that to affect my items in storage. Definitely recommend!!

Their customer service is by far some of the best customer service I've had in awhile since the whole pandemic people have slacked off on customer service because they thought they were not replaceable, but this place has that good old-fashioned excellent customer service, it is super easy and super fast to rent an exceptional storage unit here. I would recommend to any of my friends or family or any stranger for that matter who is inquiring and needing to rent a storage unit. This place is very safe and secure, it is very clean, and they are very helpful and put their customers needs first.

Our son is sick and had to move his items in the storage unit until he gets better and Louis was absolutely so caring and helpful. Thank you.
