CFX North Riverside

You don't have to pay a lot of money for a gym. I joined the last year. It is very clean, Good Costumer service, accessible parking. I love it.

Members understand to rerack weights. Staff is friendly. Machines are regularly cleaned. They always have towels and sanitizer bottles and deck.

The gym provides a professional but also enjoyable atmosphere! You arrive prepared to put in the effort! It serves as one of my safe havens. The training is of higher quality than any I've ever received.

I want to thank my personal trainer Rafael for helping me improve more in my fitness life. For teaching me the correct posture in every workout and for pushing me every time to give my best! And the most important thing.. for believing in me. Thank you Rafa!

Been going here for about 2 years, finally decided to go with the training program and got assigned to Rafael, great trainer, will motivate you to finish your sets (no quit mentality). Very helpful even outside of training hours, text anytime he’ll respond with tips and suggestions on a healthy life style, would recommend Rafael.

I have been at this fitness center for years now. The staff here are invested in the gym, and they are consistently approachable and helpful. Omar in particular responded to a problem in a professional and expedient manner. Good experiences.

I love this Gym!!! I have been coming to CFX North Riverside for several years and I am impressed with cleanliness, courteous and the pleasant staff. I like the fact that it is open 24x7 and I have no issues finding parking and they have elevator access to the 2nd floor. The atmosphere in the Gym is very professional, other members are helpful. I feel safe and do not feel intimidated.

I use free weights, the stair master, recumbent bikes, and the cable machines. Typically, I don’t have to wait long for others to finish using the equipment.

Additionally, I took training sessions with Dennis C. and he is the ultimate professional. He helped me with difficult workouts, right techniques including changing exercise routines and trying out new exercises. He gave me coaching, tracked the biometrics, and provided advice on diet that would help me achieve my goals and encouraged me to continually improve. He was very accommodating to my changing schedules and I really appreciated it.

Overall, this is a great place and I love this Gym!!!

Omar is the best without him CFX could not run as it does. He has helped me mentally and physically from being scared to go back to the gym to feeling confident in myself and CFX that CFX riverside is the gym to go to for everyone. THANKS TO OMAR , it wouldn’t be possible without him

I had a personal training session with Rafa. Great workout. Very knowledgeable he builds workouts for my goals . I like the flexibility for scheduling sessions. Also not as pricey as other gyms

For training, see Omar. He will whip you into whatever shape you want. His sessions are not for the faint of heart, but you will get your money’s worth. If you are serious about your goals for the upcoming year, don’t be half-hearted, jump in and let Omar help get where you’re trying to go

This is the best gym I've ever been to. All of the trainers are great. Super positive environment. Friendly and welcoming members, and the owners are awesome! Couldn't be a better experience.

Very clean and well maintained facility with a staff that is very helpful and knowledgeable. The group classes are a true challenge and there is a variety of them for all levels and goals!
