Amazon Fresh

This is the first time i went to amazon fresh store. Easy access to parking lot with handicapped accessible. This store is super clean and very organized. I was pleased with service and greetings at the door. As far as the prices, they are higher then comparable grocery stores but this might be easy for someone where there is no line not too many people and contact free checkout from your amazon app.

I had a wonderful experience at this store today. The greeter was friendly and kind from the moment I walked in. My cashier Danielle was super friendly and helpful. Danielle walked me through the process with my amazon prime account, explained deals and payment, and overall had such a welcoming personality. There are multiple grocery stores in the area to shop at, but my experience with the staff would be the biggest reason I would come back again… the sales were nice too. :)

Conveniently quick. It also has a regular checkout register with a clerk if you don't use the app for shopping. You scan in, shop, scan out, and all done. No waiting line. The produce section is a bit scarce in variety and not always fresh, but everything else is good.

I absolutely love this store considering Im a person that hates lines. Everyone is super nice & helpful. Surprisingly, the Amazon Fresh brand items are good & super cheap compared to brand name brand items. The only thing I wish they had was a walk-up deli. They have a deli area, but hard to find someone to cut lunchmeat on demand. Due to convenience, I'll let that one slide.

Nice and clean, friendly staff. They have a package drop-off, deli, meat counter, and a small bakery. Good prices!

Changed my review to 5 stars. After shopping here for over a year now, I have saved so much money. There are so many coupons and insane sales. The workers are so nice and extremely helpful. Every time I pass by an employee, I am always greeted and asked if I need any help. The managers are awesome and strive to make the customer happy. I have had problems with the walk out feature so I just go to the cashier and I always leave the store satisfied with my grocery run.

Always Friendly staff, I mostly use this location for Amazon returns. Fast and more convenient than when I went to kohl's. I hated how they always had a long line. I love how they give you a coupon at Amazon fresh when you return at their location for the store.

Every time I come to Amazon it is clean and organized. As you walk in at entry Danielle is very helpful and informative. In POS we have Anaya which she attended me very well. I enjoy coming to shop at Amazon Fresh and will continue my shop here! Thank you for great friendly staff.

I was hesitant about this new concept. But I came to like it a lot! They have EV chargers, which is nice. The store has the whole foods 365 brand, which is very convenient. It has a very chilled vibe and I like the darker tones of the decor in contrast to other grocery store that are too bright. The selection of vegan items is great. I can find all the regular junk food staples 😄 but the produce is also very good. Has an Alexa where you can ask her where to find certain items, and it has helped me! The employees are very chill and very helpful! You can do a regular checkout if you want. But the self check out is very fast. Take a bit of getting used to. It takes about an hour for you to get a receipt on the app. I'll keep going back.

You don't need a membership to shop here. I do, but it's not necessary! The store is clean, laid out well, and stocked like a "regular" grocery store. Some things aren't necessarily cheaper, but I do love the convenience of bagging my own groceries while I shop. Danielle, in the liquor department, is fabulous. So friendly and helpful. Kinda like she enjoys her job 😃. If you haven't tried this store, I highly recommend you do.

This is a really nice store and the employees are very friendly! the produce is super fresh and Wow what a selection! The prices are comparable with other stores for the most part with some things being cheaper. We just need more of these stores in other places. I visit this store every time I'm in the area.

First time shopping here, but we had a great experience. Even though it is new, there was a wide variety, the produce looked fresh (we didn't need much of that on this trip), and they had many allergen free, including lots of gluten free, options. We will likely be back to shop again.

This store has a ton of unique products we can't get anywhere else, plus it's very clean and fresh. (Looking through the cheese section is delightful!) When we wheel in a cart full of Amazon returns, the staff members are never rude or irritated since they are all so courteous and friendly. a really tranquil shopping area!

As far as shopping experience goes, Amazon Fresh is pretty cool. I like the technology of scanning your phone to enter and leave. My only disappointment is that I can't review my receipt on my way out. I like to review how much I spent on food, toiletries, and cleaning supplies when I get home, or maybe check what I paid for an item in my bag because I forgot. You can't until Amazon has processed the charge.

One time, I was looking for half and half with no additives. I picked up about 3 different brands but put each back after reading the ingredients. Amazon charged me for one of them. It worked out because I had picked up a bag of salad greens and did not get charged for it. But that's the kind of thing that can't be addressed until several days later when the receipt is ready. How does one go about correcting that? So now I am careful to read the ingredients with the product still on the shelf.

If you want to get a few thing at your grocery store and don't want to deal with the long checkout lanes, I suggest you try an Amazon Fresh store near you. I get a number of bulk items from a nearby Costco store and usually swing by this store after for some fresh fruits and veggies. Just be careful with the prices since items are not usually sold by weight in Amazon Fresh store, instead they are sold by the piece. Keep an eye out for the sale items. The most important feature of these store is that you scan in with your phone as you walk in, shop and bag your items as you shop and then just scan your phone again as you leave. There is no check out necessary unless you prefer that method.

Been shopping here since they opened. The prices can be a bit higher but the convenience can not be beat. Love the dash carts no waiting in line. The store is clean and staff polite and helpful. Share if I'm buying 200 plus I might go elsewhere to save money but for quick in and out perfect
