Walgreens Pharmacy

Friendly and helpful staff.

Good handy store.

Unfortunately I had to switch pharmacies because of insurance. I really miss the drive thru and being able to still go late at night if needed.

Staff is usually pretty friendly. Options are always plentiful whether it be cosmetics, food, or grocery items. However you will more then likely pay convenience store prices compared to somewhere like Wal-Mart.

I hate calling this place BUT they have what I need for my meds.

Pharmacy is understaffed

I have one prescription at Walgreens and every month they delay it past 30 days. I'm sick of it. It always says the pharmacist is reviewing.

I was told that my prescription would be ready at a certain time and it wasn’t. I understand they’re under staffed. But they don’t have to be rude about it and I wasn’t the only one who the young woman was rude to.

The drive up is nice but not when it takes an hour to get your prescription. Always a hang up, I can't remember the last time I've had a prescription filled for me or a family member that has just been a simple no hassle transaction. Time for a change.

A robot survey ask me questions about my experience. On a scale of zero to ten. The number 10 was if I was highly satisfied. After waiting on the phone listening to the robot talking to me for over a half hour 45 minutes maybe it was even more I rated everything as a zero. I would never recommend Walgreens pharmacy I would never be a consistent customer for my Pharmaceuticals either it is pathetic that you have to wait so long to speak to somebody.

Terrible experience, will not be going back.
