AT&T Store

We were immediately greeted by the associate Levi. He asked to start by viewing my bill. He then proceeded to fix it from the previous associate (fired) whom had been overcharging me for better commission. Then, Levi helped us save even MORE money by finding the best trade in deal he could.

We felt like valued customers, not just another paycheck. I would gladly recommend this store with it's current staff to anybody looking for a phone contract. The store itself is clean and well organized.

Excellent Experience with Andrea and Brizzi. Super helpful and patient with my elderly parents and setting up new phones. And patient with me their daughter in understanding the bill. Will Definitely use AT&T mobile as long as we are able! thanks so much!

Fiacre is always super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly when we stop in. I can't say enough about the service he provides. I would recommend everyone asking for him when stop at this store. Generally you will see him often anyway ;)

Andrea was super helpful and made things easy to understand! After 1 1/2 months of trying to get an iPhone through Walmart we decided to try going to at &t and ask why we could not buy another phone because we had the 3 line plan. We went in and Andrea was helpful and quick, she even helped put the Apple ID on, set up the phone, and answered any questions.

My husband and I came in to switch from another provider and to get new phones. There was only one tech working in the store that day so the wait was fairly long, but he did a fantastic job of handling all the customers on his own. We are very pleased with the service and the new phones.

2/26/22 The store was quite busy when we arrived. The sales associate,Kayla, and store manager, Brissi, were already with other customers. We came looking to transfer a line from a competitor and add a new line for my senior mother. Kayla assisted us and was phenomenal. We left with two new phones, both sought lines added, and a new screen protector. We really appreciated how friendly both AT&T reps were and their ability to multi task and resolve our issues was commendable. Their perseverance and patience during our three hour visit was praiseworthy!

Went there today to see about possibly switching from another carrier. Bob helped me and was AMAZING! He was the only one in the store and the customers were nonstop. Poor guy never got a single minute without customers! I was there for nearly 3 hours (my own fault for not clearing out my phone for a looonnng time!) and he was so amazingly patient with me. Besides me, he managed to help 4-5 other customers while I was there, one time helping 3 of us simultaneously! I’m so impressed and Bob is definitely the reason why I switched and became a customer, but also why I will stay a customer!

Had an absolute wonderful experience in this store! Liz is the lady who helped us. Liz was extra helpful and SO much fun to work with! She made sure she answered all of our questions and made sure everything was done in a timely manner. There was also another girl working, Bekah is an awesome person and was so helpful in tending to other customers! Will definitely recommend this business. Keep up the good work!

Bob was very personable, knowledgeable & so helpful today & solved my issues & explained everything clearly. Best experience I have ever had in all my years as an AT&T customer. When we want to make new purchases &/or updates we will be sure to go see Bob! We will also be happy to recommend the AT&T Store in Wisconsin Rapids!

We had another awesome experience with Bekah!! She helped us figure out what was wrong with our son's phone in a few minutes. She is always very knowledgeable at her job and we always have a wonderful experience with her! I would recommend Bekah from the Wisconsin Rapids store to any of my friends or family! Bob is hands down the best person to work with! Patient, informative, and makes you feel right at home. They definitely got lucky when they hired him!

I had a great experience at AT&T, I am employee of the store but had questions about changing my plan and was confused. I came in on my day off not only was Bekah informative but she walked me through the pros and cons of switching my plans. Not only was I satisfied as a customer but I feel moving forward in will be that much more helpful when a customer comes in with a similar question

Purchased a new phone. Andrea was very helpful and explained everything to me. Very pleasant experience.

I have now lived in the area for just over a year and gave had go to the AT&T store twice. Both times I was greeted by the sales staff and helped by Bekah. She is very good at what she does. Blah knows her business and has been able to resolve my problem the first visit each time. Actually she even tried to find a better less expensive plan for. I recommend Bekah to anyone who goes to this AT&T store.

So my wife n I came into the rapids store to get into a buisness plan and needed 5 lines we came around 445 PM on wed Jan 2nd. The store was pretty dead so it was ok mind you we had our 3 small children with us as well ages 4,8 and 12. With activating phones that we already had. The manager and girl working I didn't catch her name tried to double team our plan to get us going I guess they came across some issues that they had to call retail support for the answer. They were literally on hold for 2.5 hours as the worker and the manager bissi frantically tried every trick everything they knew to get us taken care of.. long story short sorry for the rant bissi in wisconsin rapids is amazing as he stayed 2.5 hours his shift was over just to make sure we were takin care of. Because I have heart issues and cannot be without a phone. They finally got us our the door after being in there for 4.5 hours that is unexceptional especially to new customers that just spent a bunch of money.. bissi and crew deserve raises. Corporate you guys need to get your self together better and treat your customers and employees like they matter

My flip phone took a terrible tumble and wouldn't work. Went down to the AT&T store and was very pleased with the wonderful service I received from Bekah, a customer service rep at the Wisconsin Rapids office. In a matter of 30 minutes she had a new smartphone humming with my old contacts transferred and ushered me into the 21st century. What fun!
