Great place to have an event be a family picnic tailgate or birthday party even. Lots of green space for sports.

Awesome dog park and paved walking path. Easily accessible and clean.

at first you see is a busy street a active and very busy Hospital. But when you go right in this park it turns into this cartoon like sky yet beautiful. And the wide sky that covers all around you. The grass and geese and other creatures such as furry caterpillar’s, praying mantis. And grass as tall as you are. A wonderful spot to just take a one mile walk or take your dog to the free leach dog park section to jump for a frisbee. A place worth going to during the day when the weather is nice.

Family fun. My family has been going here for all the years of my life and now my daughters, grand daughters, and Great grands are a part of.

Whoa! What a cool little park! I came here with a birding group and was stunned by the immensity and versatility of this park. We saw a lot of great spring migration species and local favorites. Even caught a glimpse of a short-earred owl flying overhead.

There’s a paved path and a few dirt/gravel paths for whichever you prefer. Head around the little hill for a big loop close to the woods. There’s also a huge dog park near the parking lot. I could only spot one ports potty, on the south end of the main parking lot.

Hung out with the model plane club! They treated me like family. Sorry to hear of the loss of their clubmate Dan. The members have some really cool planes.

Lovely place. One of the few green spaces in/near Forest Park

Home to checker board RC Club. A Great place to fly rc helicopters, airplanes, and fpv quads and drones.

If there is one place in the USA that reminds me of home (England) it's Miller Meadow. This place is a dog walkers paradise, the paths a even and well maintained, the grass is green and the spaces are open enough for a dog to get up to speed. That said, there are some dog owners that don't pick up their dogs "dodo". For those individuals with an IQ deficit just pick up your dogs waste please. We all have to do it, cleaning up after your dog isn't just about respecting the area, it's also about having some self-respect.

Little gem of a place. Went there for a picnic with my American Legion group. The place was clean and very peaceful. Ample trash cans evrywhere and the benches and overhead structures were kept in good condition. Pleasant waliking trail and they have a dog park. Passed by this place many times and I finally had a chance to go there. Will go there with my family.

Beautiful clean park. Also has a big fenced in area dog park. Many people go there every day. Sometimes there are private parties there. Plenty of parking spots. Great area for kids to run around and have a great day with family and friends. There are outside rent-a-johns.

Very calm and serene. Altogether about a mile in distance (maybe a little more). Some deer and different species of birds noted. Definitley a nice place to just get away for a while.

It's a nice park with a dog park area and huge beautiful area with trees and an open area as well.

If you wanna take a small hike or just have a picnic with family and friends, it’s a great place. It has a dog park and there is always events from different cultures going on.

Nice ~2 mile paved loop with plenty of expansive parking lots, picnic/bbq areas, and a membership required dog park.

It’s a prairie/forested terrain with a couple of short trails that cut through the prairie.

It’s not as nice/nature-y as our forest preserves, but given the concrete jungle that we live in, this is an easily accessible nice little escape.
