PNC bank has been HORRIBLE to work with. My mother was a customer. When she passed away, she had autopay set up for her Medicare premiums and PNC continued to pay it for a year after she died. 12 payments of $148.60. Medicare was not billing them. They just continued to send out the money. They have blamed their third party bill pay service and take no responsibility for their actions. I have worked on this for months....trying to get the money back. Spent over 25 hours of my time to try to get this fixed. AND THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING. They still have not given the money back.

Clown shoes. When I called them concerning a personal loan, the phone rang 20 times lol then the lady that answered said can I put you on hold? Didn’t even ask what I was calling for. That’s OK, people get busy. Sure put me on hold. Then all I heard was murmuring and after five minutes the phone disconnected. I will never ever ever deal with us bank branch again. Here’s why, Time is money, I have things to do. And one thing I don’t have time for? It’s being put on hold for five minutes and then being hung up on.

This is the worst banking ive ever seen. Not willing to help with a banking error. They will cash your check and charge you for overdraft fees all in one swipe. People are unpolite and unhelpful. Im closing my accout and putting my money back under my mattress. Its safer there anyway.
