WOW Logistics - Wisconsin Rapids, WI Distribution Center

Arrived 12:00 for my 13:00, checked in, got door right away & got loaded by 13:00! Nice people, easy docks, need at least 2 straps or 2 load bars ! No overnight parking signs but, I guess no one cars !

Appointment time is strict but dang they had me in and out quick.
Good job other places should take a lesson

I was one hour late but they took care of me as if there life depends on it. The system was down and they took me in a personal car to manually check in at another fertility. These is the first time in Eight years that am treated like a professional.

Place is awesome showed up 3 hrs early and got unloaded in an hour

Office is near u turn circle
Fast loading
After loading done when light goes green guy came for seal
Then go inside for paperwork

Been here twice. Treated with respect both times. Loaded without damaging my trailer!

Great people to deal with. They are willing to work with drivers and try there best to get them back on the road. Julie is an awesome lady in the office. She's good at her job and friendly and always has a smile on her face. Fast with paperwork. Polly is fast on the forklift to get you loaded fast. She always has a smile and kind word for people. Both ladies are an asset to W.O.W.

Daney at the Engel Rd WI Rapids location does a tremendous job for us. He always has a positive attitude, smile and quick service for our trucks getting loaded there. It's great to have such a positive person on the docks.

I'm not sure who the mean lady at the front desk was. I was greeted by Tracy who had a big smile waiting for me and if she were any nicer I'd swear she was southern.
