Placed a call and they got me in within 30 minutes upon arrival they took my car back and fixed my tire. Very polite and timely!! Great service

Have used Auto Tech for tires and related work. They do the work in the amount of time quoted, and waiting area is warm and comfortable. Doesn't have to be plush. Warranty honored, no issues.

Dropped my truck on Thursday afternoon for a complete brake job for Friday and the completed the work on Thursday. Wow what quick friendly service with a smile and a very reasonable pricr. Would highly recommend their shop to everyone. Definitely will be taking all three of my vehicles there. Thank you for very fast service🙂

We needed our tires balanced on RV before returning home to Florida. They squeezed us in and did a fantastic job !!!
It’s so nice to begin a 1800 mile trip without the steering wheel shaking; as well as, knowing that the suspension damage it could cause from not being balanced properly won’t be an issue is a major relief.
Thanks so much, not everyone is able to balance RV tires well.

I called very late in the day and Dan the Service Manager totally took care of my tire needs. At the last minute I realized I needed an oil change too. The staff took care of that too and I was out in record times. It was a great experience and I feel a very fair price.

Check engine light and TPS turned on. Called to book an appointment for Monday, dropped it off first thing in the morning, Arland and his crew did a wonderful job doing the repairs. Prompt service and reasonable prices, would recommend 👍

High thanks to Dan for fitting me in, on a very busy Saturday to check my engine for a possible fuel leak. He determined it was an oil leak and was able to obtain the part and repair as I waited. Thanks again Dan for this immediate attention.

Arlyn extended an additional rebate. The service was exceptional and they took the time to thoroughly explain the work done. It is refreshing that there are people that truly care about their customers.

It's negative 2 gegrees F outside. My tire was not holding air. They fixed it in a couple of hours. Free of charge!
And it's the 2nd time they didn't charge me for fixing a tire. These guys do what they say, and they aren't just fair - they're generous!

I initially visited Discount Tire, where I've been a customer for years, due to a slow leak in my tire. They diagnosed two adjacent holes and claimed it couldn't be repaired.
Not convinced, I sought a second opinion from Huntley Auto Tech, and to my surprise, Arlyn , Jenn and Techs successfully repaired it with extra effort and time. Thank you !

We have been going to Auto Tech in Huntley for years and have always been very impressed by their fast and friendly service, honesty and competitive pricing. They recently went above and beyond TWICE in a matter of months. First, my husband needed to get new tires unexpectedly. The following week I had found a coupon that they had sent for $50 off a set of 4 tires that was valid the prior week when we purchased our tires. I contacted the manager who was very understanding and said to hold onto the coupon and they would apply it to our next service! I feel most companies nowadays would have done nothing as we didn't have the coupon with us at the time of purchase. Our next experience was this week when I brought my flat tire in to be repaired. I brought my coupon with me when I dropped it off, the manager remembered me and said it was no problem and he would handle the coupon when I picked up my tire. When I picked up my tire later that day, the woman working didn't know how to handle the $50 coupon since the repair was less than $50. She was super friendly and told me I could take my repaired tire with me that day and to just call the manager the following day to see how he wanted to handle the payment. I was honestly SHOCKED that she let me take the tire with me and technically I hadn't paid anything for it! I was thrilled to no longer be driving on my spare and greatly appreciated that she let me take the tire before we figured out the payment situation. I HIGHLY recommend Auto Tech as we have used them often and have always been highly satisfied with everything!

Been using Auto Tech for years. Good people, honest, and fairly priced. Arlyn is a great guy who will do what it takes to earn repeat business.

Brought my vehicle in for a loose ball joint as I was told by another facility that it needed to be replaced and posed a safety hazard. The tech came out and questioned why I felt it was loose and I explained the situation. He said they might be a little wiggly but not an immediate concern whatsoever. He said no reason to spend $1,200 at this point and it can be monitored over the coming year. This was my first time at this business and I can happily say they have a new client for life. It is beyond refreshing to have an auto center be so truthful and up front with their customers. I can’t praise this place enough!

We were driving through Huntley, towing our boat when one of the wheels brake’s started to seize on the boats trailer. It smelled like something was burning. I pulled into Auto Tech and was helped by Arlen Roush and Dan Carzoli who were able to quickly assess the problem, get the part and fix my trailer wheel! Before I knew it, I was back on the road again, on my way to the lake! Thanks a ton! Pete W
