Seven and a half years ago, I started going through what would be the worst nightmare I ever experienced. Divorce was such a scary and unknown territory that it never crossed my mind. As it became a reality, I was extremely thankful someone recommended Benedict Schwarz, II. Attorney Schwarz is such an experienced, knowledgeable, confident and passionate attorney. He always put my children’s and my best interests first. I felt as though he walked me though the process every step of the way and spoke a language I could understand. After a year and a half into the divorce, I was feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and wanted to just give up. Ben was always there to encourage me, build up my confidence and he consistently reassured me that I was doing the best thing for my children and to keep going. The hours Attorney Schwarz and his staff spent working on my divorce, knowing that I had little money to give each month, just goes to show what a wonderful man/attorney he is. His staff always did more than what was expected because they share the same passion for their jobs and clients. Seven and a half years later, with a Guardian ad Litem now involved, I am back in court and would never think of having anyone other than Ben represent me. Having to go through a divorce is bad enough, but trying to find a Lawyer who you feel confident about and can make you feel at ease about the process is a task I was not looking forward to. My Lawyer Ben Schwarz is an amazing man who every time I stepped into his office greeted me with a warm smile and even a hug if I needed one. He is a very direct man that went through the process step by step with me. He answered all of my questions making me feel more and more confident about the new life I was venturing into. He never sugar coated anything just to make me feel better. It was important for him to make sure I understood every aspect of what was happening and why. If I didn't agree with something, he did research or figured out a way for something to work in my favor. Going through my divorce was an extremely difficult process, but having each person at the office supporting me and helping me along the way made my process a little easier. I am forever grateful to each and every person that worked with me. Dee, Julie, and Angela are all amazing women who helped behind the scenes. My Lawyer; Ben Schwarz did an amazing work during my case. I love them all and am so very grateful for all of their hard work. I am not fully healed yet, but I am growing a little stronger each day because of all of their help.
