Absolutely astounding service, they are very nice and professional. Really enjoy the lady doing the cleaning and they are full of information and that makes the experience all the better

Had my teeth cleaned on Wednesday. Very professional, the girl that did my teeth was very very good. The only issue I have is that they want you to pay for services on your teeth before your appointment, which could be a couple of months away. Could be costly especially when you are paying for the service that day plus service for another day if you have more work done.

Awful experience. First off showed up early to my appointment and checked in. Waited for over 2 hours in my car, killing my battery. Checked in for a broken tooth and had an x-ray. Dental assistant asked if I would be interested in invisalign. After waiting for 30 min, the dentist finally came in the room. Rather than to tackle the issue I came in for she spent 45 min trying to sell me braces and didn't even review my information regarding the issue with my broken tooth. She was completely surprised when I told her that braces sound good but I need my broken tooth fixed.. The dentist left me in the chair and spent an hour and a half talking to the patient next to me about expensive procedures before finally coming back to my chair. If you aren't spending loads of money, these vultures won't provide quality service. I refused to let them treat me any longer and walked out. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

So I went for one thing and they gave me something different. When I questioned it, they said it was the cheapest for now so I can have other work done which was more experience.
I go back because the partial isn't fitting right and was never told I had a balance. They had to remake the partial and now I hv a balance of 400 dollars. After already paying 600 dollars. I informed then, I paid less when I didn't hv insurance. Why do I hv a balance now because you guys messed the first partial up.
I only when there because I was suppose to get a discount which I didn't get. SO A LONG STORY SHORT....IM A 1000.00 IN AND SRILL DIDNT GET WHAT I WANTED DONE! .

The sad part is, they tried to get me to sign for future services without going over any of it...I questioned it and they couldn't tell me why it was higher then they first told me...waited for 30 minutes and still didn't get any answers...just said..."take it or not you still hv a balance " because I told them to just keep the partial.

What happened to the guarantee of their product.

I WAS TOLD IT WAS A BAD PLACE TO GO! SHOULD HAVE LISTENED
I TOLD THEM I WASN'T SIGNING ANYTHING THEY COULDN'T EXPLAIN TO ME. I am so disappointed and will be reaching out to my insurance company.

They had several charges they said my insurance didn't pay so they didn't give me a discount...

PLEASE BEWARE

Terrible place go anywhere but here. They will lie to you to get you to pay for things you don't need and tell you that you have conditions you don't have so they can charge you more. Worst experience ever.
