Glad it's back open. Good food and our waitress was very sweet.

It was a great small cafe. The wait staff was excellent! Breakfast was delicious.

Don't let the building fool you, the food and service were incredible. 10/10.
The burger was a basic cheeseburger but cooked to perfection and surprisingly delicious for just a burger.
Fries were crisp, not soggy like normal crinkle cut can be.
Pancakes were delicious as well.
The ladies in the place were fast and super friendly.
The food is cheaper than fast food, so yes the prices are very reasonable.
Plan on making it a regular food stop.

First time eating here. Outstanding breakfast place. Great service friendly staff. Had country fried steak hash browns eggs and homemade bread.

My wife found this place, and it was surprisingly great. The price is great, and the hostess was very welcoming and kind.

Note: Remember to carry cash as they don’t take credit or debit card. Although the prices are so reasonable that you may not need that much cash.

This place has great customer service! We are from NC and eat here whenever we come to visit Wisconsin rapids. Food is delicious and the people are so friendly. Thank you to Kim our waitress, she is awesome!

It is so cute and definitely a local place. They only take cash. No plastic of any kind. People are friendly. Place was packed at noon. Definitely worth trying it out. My husband had pork and kraut and he said it was really good. It's the every other Tuesday special.

Always good food and friendly staff. This is a popular place to eat so sometimes it can be filled up around the rush hours! A WONDERFUL local Ma and Pa restaurant to support locally! I fully support buying locally!! Skip the chain restaurants and come have a real home cooked meal at Grandma's USA Cafe!

The food is good and the prices are also.
All five of us go at least 8 times a week. Staff are so friendly and the place very cozy.

It's small but you forget that once your setting down eating. It is like your home at a holiday meal. A good time ,good food and enough noise to forget your problems for awhile

Great Cafe. Loved the homemade bread. Breakfast was great too.

Had the Wednesday meatloaf special. Was extra yummy came with mashed potatoes veggies home made bread.

This restaurant is one of our favorites for breakfast! Although a little on the smaller side... that’s what makes it homey and comfortable. The food comes out in generous portions and is so good! Classic cafe breakfast food made with love!
