Bed Mart

Now THIS is what a mattress buying experience should be! Went in to Bed Mart on Randall Road, Algonquin. The owner, Sam, was pleasant as can be. He was not pushing anything in particular, yet very informative. I selected and purchased an Englander mattress. Very nice, very plush. Within a week it was delivered on the date promised and time I requested. The delivery man was very nice and personable. Thank you, thank you!!

We bought a mattress less than 3 years ago. It started to sag a ridiculous amount- so we called bedmart. They made the replacement process SO simple and it was fixed within a week. Every interaction with them has been top notch. I can’t recommend them enough.

Over the last month I have been shopping at Mattress stores all over Algonquin and on line. Between the outrageous pricing and pushy salesman, I had pretty much given up. Then I happened on BedMart. Be still my heart. Best service ever and great mattress for a great price. Half the price of the other stores and even got a senior discount! Thank you BedMart. Thank you Aaron (I think, I am old and forgot his name).!!!

All hands on deck. Every person on the staff was very helpful and efficient in dealing with the mattress process. I had purchased a mattress two years ago up to today, and the specific type of mattress I purchased required more support than the bed frame I purchased had allowed for. Everyone at Bed Mart handled the situation very professionally and I felt taken care of. Sam, was able to drive out to Chicago, from Algonquin, to inspect the mattress himself. A week later a new mattress was available and delivered. You cannot always count on such great customer service and a sense of feeling taken care of. Very appreciative of the service I received. And would recommend anyone to Bed Mart for future services.

We stumbled upon Bed Mart after looking at multiple chain stores for a mattress and I'm glad we did! We worked with Paul who was very friendly and knowledgeable- not a pushy salesman like you find at most of the furniture stores. We found comfortable mattress at a great price. I definitely recommend Bed Mart if you're shopping for a mattress!

Bought our daughter’s twin memory foam mattress from here today. The service was excellent. Reasonable price. Our SUV is in the shop, so the gentleman delivered it to us the same day, free of charge, in his own personal vehicle on his way home. Definitely recommend.

I wish I could give 100 stars!!! Everything from when we walked in to when they left after delivery was absolutely amazing!!! I went to 5 different places looking for the perfect mattress. Everyone just wanted to sell me the most expensive one. Not AL!! He not only gave me amazing prices. But he took the time to get to know me and my needs. It was such a great stress free shopping experience. Upon delivery I called to see if they could add a matress I did not realize I needed. He happily added it to my delivery and gave me a discount. He is such a great family man. The delivery guys were beyond nice. They even offered me suggestions as to not avoid the warranty and went to dig out a box spring and carried it up for me!!! I am beyond pleased with my purchase and experience at bedmart! I will never shop anywhere else for a matress again. And will refer everyone I know to them!! Thank you AL for everything

Wow wow wow, is all i can say. My mattress is wonderful. Patrick was my salesman, and was great with explaining everything. Great price. Shopped around lots of stores, by far the best.

We have gone to so many stores looking for mattresses my husband stopped a bed Mart and calls me and says come over you will never believe who the owner of bed Mart is I went over and it's Sam about 6 years ago I bought mattresses from him and they're absolutely awesome I recommend anyone doing business with him because he treated us as we were family!!! Who does that no one does that I will definitely be coming back when I need a new mattress thank you for all your help!!

The staff here is helpful and honest. Most stores just try to sell the most expensive matress. These guys listened to what I wanted, discussed what I needed and saved me a decent amount of money doing it!

Love love love this place. Got a great deal and awesome customer service. Family owned so no pushy sales people. Patient with my 3 year old and very knowledgeable. Definetly recommend vs other mattress stores.

Great place to buy a mattress. Friendly knowledgable staff that doesn't try to up sell you. I've been sleeping like a baby since my bed arrived 2 week's ago. Also 0% financing is nice.

Was shopping for a Serta pillow top king size mattress. Found the mattress I was looking for. American mattress wanted 900 more for the same mattress. Sam the sales man saved me 900 bucks. Great deal, great savings, great mattress.

Went to multiple mattress stores. Sam at Bed Mart was by far the best! He wasn't pushy, worked within our budget and was SO nice! If you need a mattress I highly recommend Sam at Bed Mart!

Best service, hands down. We drive over an hour just to come here because they're just the best! I don't feel pushed. They show us everything that could fit our needs and don't try to extend our budget.
