I drove a long distance to purchase shoes from this store yesterday, and the store attendant (Beth) was extremely racist, rude and, unpleasant upon entry. Beth was very dismissive, impatient and unhelpful. I could tell by the way she spoke to us that our skin complexion was not accepted in that store. I will not be recommending this place to anyone.

I purchased 2 pairs of sandals on May 30th...never wore the sandals, decided to wear a pair on June 23rd, put them on, walked around the house and it broken between the toe. Thought nothing of it, so I took it back to the store to get new ones, the worker called the owner on the phone because she wasn't in the store, the owner reply since I had put the shoes on my feet, she can not exchange them.....very disappointed about this because I haven't had the change to wear them outside and she was not cooperative to exchange them. Will never pay any other shoes from Xclusive Shoes. Customer service for the customer is who buy from her is very ugly toward people. First and last time ever to enter her store.

Nice shoes and price's but this store is more than an hour opening. This is how you loose customers
