Her attention to detail and care to make sure our family trip was going to be an amazing experience was incredible, We booked a trip to Orlando for 7 days and Laura took care of making sure our flights were booked accordingly to making sure we were picked up at airport to our Resort with absolutely no hiccups!! all of the universal passes and volcano Bay passes were booked by Laura and breakfast at these parks were booked by Laura as well. Everything went without a problem and we all enjoyed our amazing family vacation!! We did not have to worry about a thing, we just had to enjoy ourselves from the time we got there to the last day. Before my husband passed away 3 years ago, he made me promise that I would take the family to Disneyworld. I contacted Laura and booked the trip over a year ago and finally went two weeks ago. Laura spent countless hours getting our reservations and tickets in order and with the ever-changing Covid restrictions, things were constantly changing. She helped us coordinate our flights so the family that was flying could meet and share a ride from the airport to Disneyworld. She was very patient as I called her a lot asking about all the extras, i.e., Genie Plus and Lightening passes. When looking for a place to go Laura had several destinations with quotes ready to review. She was able to answer questions about each location we ended up being interested in. Had it not been for her eye for detail on this four day trip, we may not have made it cross country with four dogs and two guinea pigs to deliver them on time to LAX for a flight to their army parents in Hawaii. Laura and Brian did a great job planning our trip to Ireland. They suggested we arrive a day early in Ireland and the suggestion paid off. We were able to rest and sight see a bit before meeting our tour group the next day. They arraigned for all transportation in Ireland, so there was nothing we needed to handle.
