One visit to the bank and my problem was cleared up by a very courteous personal banker. Turns out I was my own worst enemy!!

Bank itself is fine but it’s annoying that there’s a overcomplicated process to activate the convenient Zelle service that I had at Blackhawk before the merger

Needed a new ATM card. I went to McHenry branch where guy gave me a new card.That night change all my accounts to new number.Next morning my wife found my charges on HER SAVINGS. Went back after over 35 minutes Lady told me I needed a new card cause they couldn't be sure a change could be made.Got new card and had to sit down that night and again go to all my accounts with the new number.Spring ahead 2 weeks when I went to their ATM and couldn't use my savings account for money.Back in to the bank with the first guy that screwed it up. After 22minutes he said it was fixed so I went outside to find it didin't work.Wonderful lady namew Jodi came to my aid and fixed it.They keep saying "Were still learning the new program" Thats like saying after they wheel a dead guy is wheeled out and the nurse says"Sorry but the Doctors still learning!

My employer uses this bank, I went in to cash my paycheck, they asked for my social security number, my position, where I work, my phone number, and the woman was VERY RUDE. She didn't even tell me why she was asking for those things.
Ended up leaving without my check being cashed. They said they couldn't cash it because the bank recently changed names. Even though we were told 2 days prior that the check could still be used.
