Charming family restaurant that's been around for decades. Excellent food and service. Excellent brunch menu. It's one of just a few good places to go for dinner in Huntley, as well.

A delightful old school family diner with the comfort dishes you'd expect. Chicken noodle soup is like home made roast turkey dinner perfect. Meatloaf amazing. Great desserts. Specials every night. Friday fish fry. Reasonable. Friendly. So glad we found it. Senior portions, too.

As a “regular” at the Village Inn, I continue to be amazed every day I show up, not only because the food is great, but I get to see how a skilled staff creates the warmth where people aren’t just customers, but friends and extended family! A fun place; thanks for my birthday celebration tonight! Still smiling!

First time here. The food, service, and atmosphere were fantastic. It was a limited menu because it was thanksgiving but I couldn't have been happier with their breakfast options.

This place is a gem. Located in the adorable downtown Huntley. It is a blast from the past diner complete with malt machine, bar and stools. The staff are friendly and warm and treat you like family. The food was exceptional and the value is phenomenal. We had breakfast, of note are the potatoes and the biscuits/gravy. Food came out fast even though they were busy. Coffee was good too. Highly highly recommend

If you are looking for a small-town family operated restaurant, the Village Inn is a great place to eat. Their homemade soups are fantastic! I typically enjoy their Monte Cristo sandwich, but during my last visit, I shocked everyone 😁 and ordered the Cheese Steak sandwich; it was fantastic!

I went there on a Thursday. They have an all you can eat chicken dinner on Thursdays. It was one of the best chicken dinners ever. I highly recommend the restaurant and their fried chicken.

Perfect place to enjoy a really good meal with lovely waitresses. Such great service! Cannot say enough about it. My family from Chgo says we are coming back next time they visit.

We were just passing through on our way to Wisconsin and wanted to eat somewhere local and not a big chain restraunt. The food was AMAZING! The staff was very nice and suggested some awesome things for us all to try. Even for our 8 yr old son. He LOVED his food! The setting was so cute just like a little home town place would be. The portions for the price were spot on. This is def a place we wil have to try to stop again.

The mac and cheese was amazing along with the variety of choices for toppings. The wait staff was very attentive and the prices were great. I definitely will return.

Great food, great service. We went to our nieces birthday party. They treated us like family. The service was outstanding. Fast and delicious. The entire staff would help out when we had different courses coming. It was open menu so they had their work cut out for them. They did amazing. They helped pull off a wonderful surprise party.

First time here today, very good and very reasonable. The service was amazing, we had the waitress with the glasses and pony tail, think her name is Michele. She has a good sense of humor and always made sure we had all we needed. Definitely going back.

The servers are great and the two ladies that run the restaurant are very friendly.

It was the best fried chicken I have ever eaten. The people that we encountered were delightful. From the greeter, hostess, to the waitress and even the fellow customers, every single one of them were friendly. It was a great way to spend an evening in a unfamiliar town.

We had our first visit to the Village Inn for Mother's Day brunch and let me tell you we were not disappointed!! The service and food was outstanding. I had the chicken fried steak and cleaned my plate!! We can't wait to ho back!!
