Street Slice Pizza Cafe

Just see with your eyes. This square pizza is loaded with fresh ingredients (sausage, pepperoni, and pineapple) topped with basil on house made dough. This pizza is hefty. If you want change from the Chicago style pizza, try it out. The ingredients speak for themselves. Due to the quality of the ingredients, expect to pay a bit more for your full pizzas. They offer slices as well, with those same quality ingredients for about $5. Look at those pineapples! No pizza place gives me pineapples in the huge chunks! Don't worry about the "burnt" pepperoni, it's intentional and adds to the flavor. One of the owners mentioned you may opt to have it not "burnt"/caramelized if you request.
Staff and owners are very friendly and personable. Give them a try!

The quality and the taste of the food is very very good go in and order a full pizza or buy it by the slice. The restaurant felt very cozy clean and very decorative and just an FYI I was told the paintings on the wall are for sale really nice artwork.

Street Slice Pizza is fantastic. A much better option than deep dish and a nice change up from traditional bar style pizza. The pepperoni is amazing...I mean just look at the photo. Is it greasy, yes...but it's pepperoni so ya it's always greasy. The amount of sauce and cheese is generous and the crust is great. My wife NEVER eats crust and she actually eats this so I'm not sure what the complaints are referring to...I did hear they had some kinks to work out in the opening months but everything is good now! The cheesy garlic bread is great too...plenty of cheese and olive oil and quite a bit of pieces as well.

Best pizza in the area hands down! Finally a place around here that doesn't serve the typical s*#t on a shingle thin crust that for some reason people think is good. They are every bit as good as the real pizza shops in the northeast. Get the pepperoni pizza. It is fantastic. They use a high quality, somewhat spicy cup and char style (Ezzos?) which I think is the best. Unless my wife wants stuffed pizza, we will not order from anywhere else.

Best Pizza around! From the Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese to the fresh Basil, the Sicilian pizza is delicious. One of the best pizzas I've ever tasted.
The owner walks around and talks to you like an old time restaurant. Kinda nice.
Greek salad was real good too. My new go to when I visit Huntley.
Worth the trip.

Visiting Huntley & went here for lunch! What a lovely surprise..... we had a cheese & sausage pizza & their pineapple prosciutto pizza. Absolutely over the top delicious!!! So nice to have the choice of indoor/outdoor dining. Be sure to check out their extensive menu of salads & sandwiches & desserts. Staff is polite & helpful & patient as we tried to make our selections. We will definitely be back & bring our friends!!

My family and I stopped here after apple picking. While I have lived in Chicago for years I am a native Long Islander (Brooklyn born) so the fact they had NY style pizza sounded good

It very much reminded me of NY style pizza. The crust was very tasty and the right consistency. The ingredients very good.

This is a neat little by-the-slice pizza place. They had a decent little outdoor seating area so it was perfect for a day off lunch with the family. Their pepperoni is the kind that curls up into cups and is just so delicious! I would definitely go here again.

Just got their pizza for the first time last night. It was phenomenal! The best pizza I have had in years. The ladies up front were very welcoming and very happy to help you in any way they could. I would highly recommend you hit this place up. If you don't, you're really missing out!

Stopped by for a slice couple nights ago. Met the owners, very gracious people. Ordered a slice of deep dish. Amazing taste and quality. Having owned a pizza place myself for years I know good quality. This is a must for anybody who appreciates quality.

Pizza by the slice, cheesy, great flavor n crust.. what more could you ask for. Nice to have pizza place like this in our future home town. Can't wait to try more on the menu..

Absolutely delicious. Got the Henry St. but swapped green peppers for roasted red. Pizza turned out delicious, my 1 and 3 year old enjoyed it very much as well. Wife had meatballs with garlic bread and enjoyed them very much.

This is the first time we have tried Street Slice Pizza Cafe and we were not disappointed. I will say it is on the pricier side but we could tell that the ingredients were fresh and worth the cost. We had a pizza, salad and I had a calzone. The calzone was fantastic and big enough to feed three people.

First time customers and will definitely be coming back. The "square" pizza, with sausage, fresh basil and flavourful sauce, was the best pizza I had in some time. Crust was crisp and not heavy. Looking forward in returning very be soon.

2nd time ordering from here and both times were fantastic. Tonight, ordered two 12" and they were done perfectly. Also had focaccia bread which was amazing! Definitely one of the best pizza joints in the area! Highly recommend.

Oh! And last time, ordered incorrectly through UberEats and selected "pepperoncini" as a topping for one of the pizzas, instead of "pepperoni". Employee called us shortly after to confirm that we wanted pepperoncini. We were able to fix it before they were made and delivered. She stated that it happens a lot and that's why they double check if its an online/app order. Great training and customer service!

Before I talk about the pizza, the staff and the owners are some of the most friendly people you’ll meet! Really enjoy the vibe of the place and the location helps that. The pizza is delicious! I HIGHLY recommend getting your pizza “signature”. The flatbread I ordered (bbq chicken) was the highlight of the meal! Will be coming back for the best pizza in Mchenry County!

The slices are fantastic and the crust is perfect! The calzone is amazing!! Meatball calzone and a mushroom, spinach and artichoke calzone were huge and incredible! Well done! They advertise a homemade meatball and they delivered that homemade taste!

Anybody who gives this joint less than 4 stars is absolutely out of their mind. My wife and I get pizza from here AT LEAST twice a month, and they've never disappointed. Head and shoulders above anything else in the area as far as quality is concerned, because they don't buy their ingredients from the same places as everyone else does. So yeah, it's a few pennies more than everyone else's, but the second you sink your teeth in to that first bite you'll know immediately. For the record, no I'm not an employee, but they do know me by name.

If you want to put a smile on their face, tell 'em Bret told you to get the cheesecake with berry drizzle on the side.

Our first meal in our new home was lunch at Street Slice for some pizza. Great slices, warm atmosphere, and very friendly staff and ownership. We will 100% be back soon and often.

Ordered from there last night, the pizza was excellent!!! They used fresh ingredients. And the staff was very friendly, so happy to have them in our neighborhood.
