Shoelace, Inc.

1/11/19 - I bought my wife a couple pairs of shoes here over the last 2 years and have had a good experience. The staff was helpful with sizing and recommendations. This is why the 5 stars.

All that said, I never had any issues with the shoes after the purchase, so I haven't had any experience with their after-sales support. I would highly recommend reading all the reviews here and going to Yelp for the reviews there. This store may struggle in that area.
I only recently came across these reviews... Since these shoes are often a larger purchase, I am definitely second-guessing ever coming back.

The staff was polite and helpful. I purchased a 172.00 pair of naot Sandler b and two days later a strap broke. They took care of my refund with no hassle. I'll be back!

8/28/2020. Said i would be back and have been twice. The owner is a great person, friendly and helpful.
The shoes are expensive and the staff is used to people who expect this. The price is worth the product and the friendly service of the staff.

What a relief, knowledgeable staff and great selection! We spend most all of our shoebudget at Shoe Lace Inc. The first time we went there we found the owner to be well versed in his product line and on subsequent visits we also found the associates to able to listen to our requirements and from that conversation produce a show that met them. What a great family owned business providing jobs in our neighborhood. Wish they carried more mens shoes. We will continue to shop there. Thanks, ShoeMan you're the best!!!

I went for a certain brand of shoes. Clerk was VERY helpful. I'M sorry I did not get her name. Discovered I had been wearing the wrong size shoe. Definitely know what they are doing.

Joey was super helpful and knowledgeable when helping me to pick out some new shoes and inserts! He let me try on a ton of options without pressuring me to buy them which was really helpful. I’ll be coming back!

The service was fantastic. We bought 3 pairs of boots and 1 pair of sandals. The girls were so patient with my 96 yr. Old mother helping her .

Maricella and Veronica were both wonderful to work with. Maricella was very knowledgeable and honest with information about store product. I will be returning in the future(:

This is the only place I buy shoes at. I went to them in their old location and followed them. Knowledgeable staff I’ve never bought a pair of shoes that weren’t comfortable to wear.

Great customer service. I ended up buying 2 pair of Sherry and Dansko. Prices were on par with others for the brand.

Very patient staff trying on shoes can be quite a process. They are very helpful and kind great selection!
