Tai Ji Yu SPA&Massage

The ladies working here were very nice and very friendly. The young lady has strong hands.

I only stopped in there for some egg rolls we ate some egg rolls and that was it

Earlier this year, I visited this massage parlor 3 times & every time was satisfied with the service. This year, however, I scheduled a massage on FB. I wanted the 30 min chair massage. (I really enjoy chair massages because I always get a better neck massage with them)

When I arrived the woman told me she would take me to the bed based on a translation error. She meant massage table in a private room instead of the chair massage I requested. I said no I want the chair & she insisted we go to the 'bed'. She kept trying to upsell me on a longer massage for more money. I said "No, my appointment is for this. This is what I want."

I did go to the massage table in the private room but I told her I was only going to have the 30 min. massage. Before leaving the room, when she finished with the massage she said " I gave you 10 more minutes."

She acted like I should pay for it. I was a little perturbed and I paid for what I asked for + tip. She certainly was a bully. I wonder how many people just get something they don't ask for & then pay for it.

I won't go back which is a shame because twice a year when I visit Florence KY I will be getting weekly massages.
