I highly recommend Beth as a personal trainer. Beth has been helping me achieve my training goals since 2017! Being a small business owner Beth knew how to work with good & bad business type days. Beth is now an important part of my "business team" keeping me accountable , fit & most important healthy!

The highest compliment I can pay is that Beth has changed my outlook on exercise. I went from a couch potato to someone who actually looks forward to our sessions. I've been through two sessions with Beth and plan to continue for as long as possible. If it wasn't for Beth I would not be working out and it's imperative that I do. I am incredibly thankful for the help I have received from Steve at Center-Fit with my many age-related aches and pains. He's teaching me to move properly in order to correct years of improper walking, bending, sitting and general daily movements. He even helped to "unfreeze" a shoulder I hadn't moved in years! I am now swinging and pressing kettle bells! Thank you, Steve, for your professionalism, expertise, motivation and understanding, and most of all how much you care about each one of your clients! As someone who spent her childhood in a gym (former gymnast), I love to work out. I've tried many gyms - ranging from the traditional to that other type with the initials CF, and never have I gotten results like I have at Center-Fit. The variety of services from kettle bell classes, yoga, kid fit, kid yoga, and nutritional workshops and seminars take a holistic look at health. They even have a clinical massage therapist in house. I would not be as strong or as healthy as I am today without Center-Fit.

Really appreciate Beth's coaching abilities, She really works with everyone both as a team and individually. She has really good workouts and I always left feeling strong and healthy. She helped me with understanding that I am capable of doing greater things than I thought I could. I really appreciate Center-Fit and I would highly recommend trying it out!

Steve is very knowledgeable as an instructor. I have referred patients to Center-Fit because I know they will get a great kettle bell work out and not get injured in the process. Highly recommended!

This is not your typical gym. The Bradfords are about helping you becoming healthier and stronger from the inside out. They work with you and get to know you personally. The gym has a feel of being personally trained, yet doing it with people who become friends. If you want to change your life and becoming strong, this is the gym for you!

I started attending kettlebell classes at Center-Fit in December of 2013. As a cyclist, I was beginning to recognize deficiencies in my leg strenth, endurance and core strength which translated into slower speeds, "bonking" or hitting the wall on longer rides and loss of power when climbing and accelerating. My goals have been to lose weight, increase overall body strength, and improve VO2 max. Since December, I have realized dramatic improvements in all of those areas, as well as feeling my clothes fitting better.

If you haven't been introduced to the kettlebell, this is the place to start. You will sweat, it will be hard, and you WILL get strong.

First class Kettlebell gym. They have an amazing knowledge of helping you to get stronger without causing injury like so many other gyms do. Friendly owners and clientele! Highly recommend.
