Lowe's Home Improvement

I ended up going to Belleville Lowe's in person. Lisa helped me with my washer and dryer purchase. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. A good experience.

I needed a fridge quick so I bought one and gave the store clerk $100 too much. To my amazement, he brought it back and said I gave him too much. I never thought THAT can happen in today's society.
Fridge worked great, and was delivered right on time.
I give Lowes the highest rating I can. Good going Lowe's!!!!!

I prefer Lowe's over Home Depot; just seems more family'ish. Home Depot too manly and woody for me.
Lowe's generally have what I am looking for and mostly clean with people around to assist.

I have repeatedly gone to this store over the past few years and bought appliances as well as a new bathroom shower and vanity. I have also picked up smaller items as needed and will continue to shop here because they treat me like they would a man doing these types of repairs and renovations.

Good selection and good prices. They also give additional discounts to veterans.

I visited Lowes in Fairview Heights on 07/28/23 and was pleasantly helped above and beyond what I could of asked. I was looking for paint and Terry the flooring manager was very helpful in helping us with all of our needs and helped us to apply for rewards program! As we checked out through self check out Bobby was able to help us apply for a Lowe’s card and used his expertise to save us money. The customer service was impeccable, and I will be happy to shop there again and share the experience with my colleges when needing a friendly place to shop.

I was having trouble finding what I needed in the department of bathroom Faucets and shower Faucets and
kitchen faucets.
When a very nice man by the name Victor V ask to help me
I got everything I needed and he even ask if I wanted to get a lowes card and he signed me up

Had to use the self checkout... (-1 star) No other registers were open. The guy scanning items (Me) was not properly trained and scanned to many of the bulbs I was purchasing. (-1 star). The lady at the customer service desk was great. Got the error corrected promptly (+1 star) and did it with a smile (+1 star). If they could find a few more like her and a few less untrained folks life would be great.

Always have what I need. PROFESSINAL and Friendly Staff. Love the fact they load what I can't.

Nice store to go too, the employee's are very helpful, and they got everything you need to upgrade your home 🏡 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿

He made sure I had all the necessary hardware and help me sort out the differences between the screen doors I needed. He gave me all the time I needed to make my selections.

On Thursday December 29, went to buy a LED flashlight that was a Christmas gift from my wife. Was in the aisle trying to find the one I wanted, Stopped a sales guy named John, he located the one I needed, but the package was broken up and open. He said lets get a different one. He took the time to grab a ladder, get overstock off the upper shelf, and set me up. I told him how great it was for him to take the time to do this, since most employees now adays hardly will stop when you flag them down!! Great job John!!!

Good assortment of items. Had the item for which I was looking. As of early August 2023, Lowe's was doing an end of season clearance on gardening tools including Kobalt shovels.

I went to get Hardware to install a Hot water heater..myself..I did get all the parts I needed and the Hot water heater is working fine...Thanks Lowe's...quality items low prices..

My wife and I really appreciated all the time/effort Dawn and Zach spent with us tonight to get our purchase completed.

Always a great selection on plants as well as clearance plant if you're into saving plant babies.

I ordered on line and did curbside pickup. Order was accurate and brought out to my car quickly by a very polite employee.

I went to Lowes in Fairview heights on 11/5/21 and bought a deep freezer. The gentleman that helped my husband and I tonight was very helpful and willing to help make sure we got what we were looking for. Lance was his name I highly recommend buying your appliances at Lowe’s with Lance as the sales associate. We will be going back there. Thank you Lance for going above and beyond to help us to get what we were looking for.
