Marie in the skin care area of the store is amazing!! She listened to my concerns and made suggestions and knew the products.

Excellent customer service at Kohl's in Fairview Heights, IL. While checking out in the self-checkout lane, I asked for help and a very nice young lady helped me take advantage of a discount I would otherwise have missed out on had she not helped me. I saved $16.00 dollars on my purchase.

The store was extremely clean and well stocked. Every associate I came into contact with was friendly and helpful. The sales associate, Ramona, was so very helpful and kind! She was the cherry on top of my Kohl's experience!

The employee's went above and beyond looking up the item I was looking for. She found one for me. It was the only one in stock. Sure is going to make one little girl happy on Christmas

Fairview Heights Kohl’s has great clothing lines and selection with seasonal sales and great coupons sent out regularly. Well worth having a Kohl’s credit card and the Kohl’s app!

Kohls have great deals and on top of that they even have racks of clearance items with an an additional 50 to 75% off!

I usually visit about 80% of the Kohls in Fairview Hts and always find sizes and styles I like. The store is always clean and well stocked. I enjoy shopping in the clearance section for my grandkids because they grow so fast.

My wife frequently shops Kohl's and it one of her favorites. The store always has items marked down a substantial amount. Items are of good quality and mostly reasonably priced. Most staff are friendly and happy to help. The Amazon return dropoff is great and with the 15 percent discount, it becomes a good reason to shop.

There were so many shoppers in the Fairview Heights store, but the clerks were very friendly and so efficient that the line moved right along. Kohls' shoppers are friendly so it was nice to speak to people as I waited for my turn at the checkout.

This store looks really clean and neatly organized as well. I used to work there through an outside janitorial company. It was called (Diversified Maintenance) Are they still cleaning these stores? Well whomever is keep up the excellent work. I don't shop there but was recently there just looking around. I noticed things got switched around too. I hate when grocery stores do that though.

Very pretty store friendly associates, over all pleasant shopping experience.

Making returns to Amazon is easy to do here.Also Sephora in this store is awesome. Great Customer Service

I appreciate the option of bringing Amazon returns to Kohl's --I'm sure it is a hassle for staff! The Sephora is also a bonus. I love Kohl's housewares/decor department as well as the bedding and sheets.
If I catch a good sale and have Kohl's Cash or Rewards, look out!!!!!

Ms Donna and Ms Kim were the BEST!! I went into the store today just to buy a gym bag and then realized I didn’t have my Kohl’s card. I looked on the app and saw that they now have Cole’s pay but couldn’t figure out how to do it. Ms Donna set it up for me. Once at the register she told Ms. Kim that I will be using Kohl’s pay, From there she took over. It was not as horrible of an experience as I thought it would be.. Thank you ladies

Customer service ladies are always the best here..

Used for an Amazon return and they were extremely fast and very polite. Decided to get my daughter an outfit and the cashier was also extremely polite.

Hope Kohl’s will stay in Fairview Hgts and Collinsville Illinois.

The employees there are wonderful and upbeat
