Best ice cream I’ve had in a long time! I wish it was closer so I could go everyday! The staff was super nice and one girl even let us try a sample of a new recipe she created! Everything was great will definitely be making the 40 minute drive for ice cream a lot this summer!

Im confused by the bad reviews but when I came in to grab some icecream they greeted me nicely asking how I was. A lot of icecream to choose from too I’ll definetely come back for more :)

You say that only your daughter was there and a customer came in and saw everything, but I didn't know that customers can come in and serve other customers. When we entered the place, your daughter was sitting with a boy who you say is the customer and the two of them went behind the counter and both began to serve the ice creams and the one who said to have a good one was the boy and not your daughter she was not alone , as you say everything is in the video God bless you too. And this is the end!

I think that the ones who were having a bad day were your employees because that was seen when we arrived; I did not disrespect them or say bad words to them, my voice was louder than normal. If you say that everything is in the camera, then you are lying because I did not have any issue with my children, I just repeated the flavors several times and said that I would not buy diritos, that was not an issue between us. We went to the place wanting to enjoy an ice cream and have a good afternoon; My annoyance was because I asked her how chicharrones are prepared to which she replied "with Valentina" and I pointed to the photo on the back and I told her that if they were not prepared that way and she told me that she did not understand because she did not speak Spanish, when she noticed that I was upset, she began to explain to me and I told her that I no longer cared. You don't want to look bad, but you do want customers to look bad. I told your other employee that it's not a good one after I got upset and ruined my afternoon. I can tell you that the service that the other man who has been there on other occasions is kinder, his tone of voice is different, he has even started talking with my husband and we thought his service was very good, but that of this employee who says is your daughter, is not.

I was a frequent customer since the ice cream shop was opposite the BP service station and we followed them to the new locations, but I won't be going back to this location. Today was not a good experience, the lady who serves you does not give you a friendly welcome, you feel that you are being rushed to order and she serves you in a very rude way. I was with 4 kids who take their time ordering until they are sure what they want and when they order the shop only has 2 waffle cones, most of the time they don't have enough or no cones. I always ordered in Spanish and today I asked how the chicharrones are prepared and they did not understand me, she told me that she did not speak Spanish but the previous times I went she always understood me but not today? My English is not perfect but I speak it and since I did not feel good with the service and with the attitude of the woman, I immediately clarified it in English.
When a business is supposed to be Latino, well,"La Michoacana" comes from Mexico, you expect someone to talk Spanish. I have been to other Michoacanas, Yorkville, Oswego, Aurora and they all serve you very well.
